I booked hotel and my booking id is HTLPCGE55E for 6th feb 2021 through Goibibo app and payment successfully deducted on 3rd feb 2021 of amount Rs 4304/- and again amount of Rs 4302.60/- debited on 4th feb 2021 on the same booking id.
Calling support of Goibibo, but none of them is responding for the same and i am already in very tight situation to handle such fraud that they had done with me.

I just want my refund of Rs 4304/- i.e one amount which they had deducted from my account.

Updated by Akhil7888 i need help in this matter and i want to lodge a FIR against these fraud pvt group and feeling ashamed that ibibo pvt ltd could do this with me. I need my refund of any one transaction as soon as possible.
