I ordered saree from them and its not at all what is in the image and material is also not as mentioned. I placed return request but they are not ready to return and jst keep replying as it is the same as shown in the image. Its jst so disappointing. They are looting people.

I ordered a linen saree from ibisfab.com which had the following name on this website:
Entrancing Grey Colored Festive Wear Pure Linen Designer Saree.
Ibisfab.com shipped me the wrong product . When I requested for return to be replaced by what i had ordered, tehy asked me to share the unboxing video and shipping label. I shared everything. Infact I have the messages from their delivery partner shiprocket stating that the above said product (Entrancing Grey Colored Festive Wear Pure Linen Designer Saree) was being packed, shipped. When I mentioned these details in my mail to ibisfab.com, they wrote-You Have Received The Same Design And Color You Ordered From Our Website. And The Fabic Material Also Described In The Website.
Even after submitting the proofs they denied that they shipped the wrong product. I had ordered a linen saree and what I received was a cheap substandard product.
Now they want me to send the wrong item to them and they will then dispatch the one I had ordered . When I said this would cost me the courier charges, they wrote-It's Company's Policy, We Can't Arrange For Pick Up.
I wanted to write a review of this company and give my feedback. So i searched and found this platform where i could see many others who had complained about ibisfab.com . They too have suffered and are waiting for their problem to be resolved. I too want a quick resolution.

I have purchased saree from Ibis Fab and the saree is not as shown in online pictures. i have been trying to return it with support email id but they haven't arranged for return yet.

No pallu attached to saree, it has short length.

Ibis Fab hasnt arranged for return even after complaining and i keep getting emails saying delivered product is same as on image.

I want my money back. Ordered 2 sarees worth Rs 2297 and they didn't seem to be that costly when they were delivered, Decided to return, followed the return policy but they won't respond to any of my emails or calls.I just my refund

I ordered a linen saree seeing the advertisement but what I received was a cheap quality fabric..They are not responding to calls nor refunding the money even after continuous follow up by mail

This company is very fraudulent. I had also been cheated likewise. It's a wonder how these people are brave enough to cheat the people with outright trachery, with such arrogance hiding behind the facade of online trade. The CYBER CRIME Unit could certainly round up these criminals within 3 days meat out justice like dismemberment of a limb, hand, leg or other body parts or lifelong imprisonment. Crimes like these are buzzing in India nowadays. New ### ways to EARN bartardy money.

I purchased 3 same sarees for 3 people. The order got automatically cancelled. So ordered again as we needed the same saree. Now they are not refunding the extra amount paid by me. Also the saree quality is so bad according to the price . And their review page is also not there. Neither for the saree nor for the website.

We have initially placed the order from iBIS fab ad we collected the saree which we selected.

Answer return the saree to the iBIS fab as per there instructions only, answer were doing follow up but they are saying not received the saree to there shop.

We verfied the courier shop at our side and they confirmed they have been received on 21st Nov 2022.

But they are saying 25th nov they have not received after collected the return saree as well.

Kindly help us here, even though we are calling to there office number which the posted on online.

I placed the order on www.ibisfab.com on 28 the September 2022 with amount 1359 paid through gpay

I had ordered a linen saree from ibis website dated 03/04/2021. As per your cancel policy, if I cancel my order before product has been shipped, you have to refund my entire amount. I was cancelled my order on 15th April 2021 via what’s up.

After my cancellation request, they had shipped the order which I have cancelled on 24th April 2021 and the product which they had sent to me is a false product in which part of product is missing (refer photo 2 for the product which I have ordered and photo 3 regarding product you delivered) (Pallu side latkan is missing). As per their return policy- refer photo 4, if part of product is missing then product is eligible for return.

As I had already cancelled my order much before shipment, I was eligible for refund of entire amount but after so many phone calls and emails, they had not replied to a single one.

Ordered for linen sarees, received cheap synthetic ones.

I have purchased four sarees worth Rs.5005/ from ibisfab.com and received very cheap quality product and also completely different from what they shown in the website.When I tried for retuning the product, nobody answers the call and no response from the customer support email provided.Kindly look into this and help me to recover the amount

Ordered for linen cotton saree shown in their website under ID SA[protected]: SKU NF 1143 dt.25.04.2022 for Rs.1309

No correct item sent, no return no refund, no response, these people are ###, they foolish people they want money they don't have respectable website.

Its a very fraud company its send very very low quality saree its have helpline no but not recive pls take their worst product back and pls refund my amount

My mom saw this site on youtube advertisement n purchased a 1000 rs saree and got a 250rs worth saree which wasnt even matching to what shepurchased so I tried to return the product via calling the registered no bt it didnt respond so I tried to trace their address... n found out that the mentioned address is fake...

I orderd product from it.. after receiving the wrong product(saree).. there is no such response from there even after writing email and calling them..

I had ordered a yellow and pink border linen saree. The product is totally defective and not upto the mark. Would like to return.

Sir I bought 2 Lenin cotton sarees of different colours, they send other colours of raw silk material( not Lenin cotton), so when I want to return they are not responding, I booked in cash on delivery mode, I paid to delivery person through Google pay. Now they are not responding for calls, whatsup, messages.

Ibis fab is not responding to my mail regarding return of a saree and they don't have return option in the website.

I purchased a saree for 998 rupees. It was told as biege colour and heavy linen cotton kalamkari But the saree received was of a totally different material. It seemed to be overpriced for the material. I don't like it atall. Very disappointing. It is cheating. Their return policy is also not friendly.

I ordered three saree in website but got a call from another person who claimed that cod is not available for the online purchase. Do she suggested purchasing two saree through cod. Sent me wrong product of poor quality and is not responding to any message or call

I bought three linen sarees online on 21/09/21 paying 3315/-rs. They delivered cheap quality sarees and different from what I chose. I tried reaching customer support by mail and by phone. There's no response. One call was picked up and now I think I am blocked. Nobody answers. This is total fraud site.

I ordered a saree on 3rd sept 2021 and received the order on 8th sept 2021.
The price of saree is ₹998 but the quality if products is that much worst that it doesn't cost more tha ₹150 and I paid ₹998.
And when I was trying for refund and return they are not responding, no way of communicating.

I regret to inform you that I ordered for a saree as per details mentioned above costing Rs 998 which I paid in cash on delivery yesterday, I.e. 04.09.2021.

I find that saree is of poor quality and not as shown in your website. It is not at all bright as in the picture and quality is so bad that I don't think it will cost even Rs 200.

I want to return the saree and refund me the price of Rs 998 paid by me immediately. I tried to contact the mobile number +91 [protected] as available in your website yesterday but no response.

I have gone through your website fully including reviews which throw light on different bad experiences faced by customers.

I buy online through Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, etc but never found this much of difference in quality between what is promised and delivered. No questions for return in case of non satisfaction.

Your website is not friendly in this aspect. I am totally disappointed with the quality. I placed order this time through you as the color, design and print was very attractive in the site but quite opposite physically.

Please arrange to refund me the amount of Rs 998 immediately to any payment app of spouse, Srinivas Bandaru with mobile no [protected] as I don't have UPI apps or cash can be paid to me and take return of the saree delivered to me.

I expect prompt action from your side failing which I will not leave the issue till I get my money back!

I have ordered a saree on[protected] and i have paid the complete amount to the vendor using google pay.

They had contacted me using whats app no : +91 [protected]
And asked me to pay the complete amount for the product to avail the discount to the number :[protected] (Jaimin parekh).

They had provided me the track id:[protected] of ecom express.

As i tried to track k it, the website says that the number is not valid.

I have paid 1530 inr

Kindly do the needful.

I ordered a ‘green and red’ colour combination saree and they delivered ‘pink and purple’ saree which is completely different. For last many days i am trying to call them on the given email address and their phone numbers on their site but there is no response.
I got a confirmation call also after ordering, even on that number there is no response.
