Respected sir/mam, i would like to inform you that i had purchased books on 03-aug-2017 now 18 days have been passed but i haven't received my books and my exams are in this november 2017.in icai cds online website it is clearly stated that delivery is within 4-7 days. So, i kindly request you please tell me how do i study and the tracking no. Is provided by icai postal sales department is not working and showing nothing. So i kindly request...
