Anganwadi incharge not given proper food for children which is allowed by government they are refusing to provide the proper food, eggs they are giving only 15 per month so and dal, etc... so many issue is there in hiriyur town gopalpura

I'm child parents my kids agganvadi school in not distribute no food daily no egg. Books and services not received to students kids plesE rectifying emergency.
5years back to present no change food books not done

In the village Suvag, Ta - paddhari Dist-rajkot Pin-360110 There is ICDS office means anganwadi which Run by who is very irresponsible about their duty and safety of child. On the 18th July 2022 in this anganwadi one incident is found. There is leaking LPG gas cylinder. Still cooking is continuing. And the head of anganwadi is not in the office still 11 Am. Fan also not in a working condition. Food hygiene also not mentioning in anganwadi.

Last two days that's 24th may and 25th may of 2022, three madam are came in my mother's centre in repeatedly way and saying some abuse language and create mental tortured through out their speech. They use some overthinking issue on my mother and create pressure badly and done insulted to my mother in that area,

Sir my mother is now 62+, she is senior citizen now, i know there is no rights to talk any abuse insulting language to any senior citizen, , and also my mother is a physically weak person, I checking up her to everyday. If my mother's health and Brain goes wrong then they are fully indirectly involved

I write a complaint against the cdpo madam and two supervisor madam in kharagpur ICDS CHILD DEVELOPMENT PROJECT OFFICER to take down or remove my mother's transfer order which they given on 25th may 2020 to my mother. They create the issue on behalf of personal attack.

Dear Sir,

My name is barkathunisa from tamilnadu in salem I have worked in ICDS for child card development project anganvadi worker on (2016 to 2019).38 people worked in this project. and our department 2019 suddenly announced without any information and any circular.No have fund in the government so this project closed.38 women away from the job this all womens affected in this problem in salem district only in tamilnadu may be 245 womens affected.
our salary details worker received Rs.3000 only
helper received Rs.1500 only.
And last three years meny times given the job request application to CM house in salem and collector office and salem ICDS office and Chennai HO ICDS office till no responce, We hope you will help us, please kindly take action and do the helpful sir. we request please return the lost work.We humbly ask you to please recommend for us and we will never forget this Thanksgiving for a lifetime.

I am harpreet rattu w/o sunil kumar resident of sh. Meet chand mahi, st no 4, h no 190, kaki pind, po box dakoha, jalandhar, punjab, 144023, i have not received any cash benefits scheme under pmmvy till today. My aadhar card no is[protected]. My account number is [protected] sbi. I had handover all my documents to anganwadi asha behanji even i got all three sms from vm-pmmvyi of due installments but till i don't recieve any cash benefits in my account. When i told this matter to anganwadi behanji she told me to check account properly, i had checked all statements but no cash displayed in my account number. Asha behanji did not respond properly. Everytime she told me to check bank statement. Sir/madam i had received sms of third installment on 19/05/2020 but result same. Now you told me what to do. I am always waiting for your reply. Hope you will help me in this matter

I am 4 month preganant but anganwadi teacher don't gave milk to me. She gave a milk to me only 2 months. She says milk is limited only 15 pouch is come and it's all are provide to other ladies please solve this problem early.
And gave only 1 salt packet. And don't gave a milk to me. So please sir help me and solve my problem and i don't gave a money in my bank account but she fill up form and signature from me for 1 month and don't gave a money in my a/c.

I have an issue with the icds anganwadi office, Adilabad. Recently, one month ago, i went to office for some issue on money for the so on planning programme. According to the planning we would get some money when the child turns to 18 years above. Same thing we have explained to the members.
Its so bad that their response is too irritating and even rude behaviour of them towards the remaining customers. It is to inform you that they dont even have minimum common sense of things going on.
My humble request is to change the management and overall system has to be changed.
Public has an irrespective opinion on government services due to consequences faced by them during different works.
Even when considered my problem she made me to wait for more than 3-4 hours after waiting so long she said to come on the other day. She passed my time around office.
Finally, my request is to make things clear to the public. And give minimum required information. Also proper response for the public.

This to inform you that in my village anganwadi teacher us not working properly. If aya take the children also. Teacher will not attend to the anganwadi. They are not taking children to anganwadi teacher of anganwadi will not take care about the children. And the they will not provide food and the teacher will not be available in the school hours. And the making of fake signatures in the records with out giving food and milk. And taking political support form the ruling government for doing fake reports. Plz help poor people from this to make good community for next generation.

In my village anganawadi teacher is not supplying eggs and other food supplied through this centers. When questioned by the people for eggs and other things they told government doesn't supply sufficiently bcoz we won't distribute. I[censored] want to complain you will do that. You don't do anything to me they said very recklessly. Even they don't took the children to the anganwadi centres. They use eggs and other products for their personal.

मै कांति कुमारी वार्ड no 7 सोरडीह पंचायत हरनौत में सेविका पोस्ट की आवेदिका हु, मै पहले से सहायक पोस्ट पर काम कर रही हु, लेकिन वहां CDPO मैडम ने पैसे लेकर अनुराधा कुमारी को बहाली की है, अनुराधा कुमारी का सर्टिफिकेट 10TH का मार्कसीट फर्जी है जो किसी और का है, और तो और अनुराधा कुमारी सोरडीह की निवासी भी नहीं है, उनका घर सोरडीह में नहीं है, मै आरोपों का साबुत सहित DPO ऑफिस बिहार शरीफ में सब्मिट कर चुकी हु, लेकिन अभीतक कोई कारवाई नहीं की गए, और तो और अनुराधा कुमारी को बिना ट्रैंनिंग किये ही सेंटर चलाने की परमिशन CDPO मैडम गया मिश्रा ने दे दिए
अतः सर से अनुरोध है की मेरे द्वारा दी गई सारी डॉक्यूमेंट को देखा कर न्याय करने का कस्ट करे

ఆమె వల్ల చాలా కుటుంబాలు నాశనం అయ్యే అవకాశం ఉంది. ఇంకా కొన్ని విషయాలు రాయడానికి ఇబ్బంది గా ఉంది.

Poodinaicken patti anganwadi teachers not properly open school regularly. Only 4 students only. If parents ask anything about their child teachers not properly answered and also they spoke abuse language. Already complaints against this for their superior. They also not respond. If you have doubt on this let come and check this sir.. Please kindly take any action or solve this issue.

I am from kerala trivandrum (Dist) varkala, pullanicodu. Here the anganwadi workers (Anganwadi teacher named annie) are very irresponsible.in my case my daughter is almost 8 months old and never received anything issued by gov through anganwady. When i enquired they are telling fake reasons and not answering properly. I strongly believe they are using those things personally without supplying to the babies needed please do further action and it helps government grants to reach people.

There is an anganwadi centre in our area, park view layout, amruthahalli, bangalore. Aaya's name is nagamani. She doesn't provide proper food and milk to kids. Also no provision nor food nor cash money is given to pregnant women.
She just fights and argues if anyone questions. She sells it to others.
Request you to kindly take very serious action regarding this urgently....

My wife is present pregnant, and we have required membership card too. But when we met vijaya couple of times for the things which is giving by government, i didn't receive those all and also didn't receive proper response as well.

Important : we never take any rice/milk/eggs.. I am trying to write a complaint on her in your website. But, i didn't found any complaint box.

I am requesting you to come and visit, and do the survey. Please call them who were having card, they were actually receiving things or not also.

There are no children in anganwadi, yet with fake names in their register they are consuming grants. All grants are at helpers home and they are cooking it at helpers home giving to their own children. No children are ready to attend this anganwadi due to their mis behaviour and not food providing nature. I sent my child there when I started staying near by it. They provide only kanji+payar combination at noon, where other anganwadi's are providing egg, milk etc., I sent my child only for two months. The locals of that area are reluctant to sent their children there because of these. They are not teaching at all and Most of the time the children of helper will be looking after the kids. They donot open the anganwadi also properly. Everything happens according to their wish. Now there are no children present, still they are buying the grants up on providing fake information. I suspect that even now their register uses my son's name. My son is now a school going child.
