Money deducted but uc not added in bgmi

I had done transaction on 8 th July of rs 750 for uc purchase in bgmi but my money deducted from bank without uc adding in bgmi so please refund my amount from your bank...

I purchased uc the day before yesterday with 750 rupees using sbi yono, the payment is sucessful but uc not added to my bgmi account,
Please refund my money or give me that uc of 750 rs in bgmi...
