Myself, wife of a retired Railway official have registerered for online reservation; my personnel id:"akcaruna" with e mail id :[protected]@gmail.com;.submitted registered mobile [protected] :Aadhar card no:[protected]on 28Jan17.My id was registerered succesfully by the irctc service provider subject to phone& email verification through OTP(one line pass word).
my strugling started from then.mobile phone is successfully verified.e mail...

I have cancelled my railway wl ticket on 4/8/16. which PNR no is:[protected].
the the railway computer program deducted extra amount which is not as par railway refund rule. the refund as follows : they deducted Rs.130/-


Refund on unused RAC/WL tickets: Upto half an hour before the scheduled departure of the train subject to deduction of clerkage charge. No refund after the above prescribed time...

I have booked a parcel (A Hero Honda splendor) thru railways parcel service on 11 OCT 2012. (Bill number C 795004) at AGRA CANTT Railway station. It was to send from AGRA to SECUNDERABAD
MY vehicle did not reach SECUNDERABAD even after two weeks MY friend checked it today and found that it is still lying in the platform, while all other vehicles booked along with this has been sent.
please tell me how much...

My user name for irctc a/c is augajre,my password as per my memory is correct but when I was trying to access my account message was my password is invalid where as I opend my account from the password but in-between it was held up .I was trying for forgotten password but I do not remember the security answer.
pl let me the correct password so that I can access the account .It is very urgent for me....
