Ippo Pay Complaints & Reviews

I made a payment to Ippopay but he did not provide me service as he promised and there is no communication channel between me and merchant please refund my money as you were unable to serve services.

Payment of Rs 1000 to Coinswitch Kuber through IPPO pay was made (UPI Transaction ID[[protected]]. I made a complaint to Coinswitch Kuber and than they said that they had initiated the refund. However, the payment is still not received by me. On enquiring again they asked me to raise a chargeback through my bank ( Bank Of Baroda, Rajkot)...I also Email To ippo pay but not any reply arrive....
