IRCTC agent Complaints & Reviews

I had to book tickets via agent at New Delhi on 30th June 2023. The agent had promised to provide confirm tickets and charged ₹2300 for the same. But due to lack of time, I had asked him regarding it and he said the tickets will be confirmed but however it remains to be waitlisted.
