Isiri Properties is a big fraud. Directors especially Somashekar and Gopi are big cheats. Only false promises and cheque bounces. They dont get the site registered to customers nor they refund the amount. From Mar - 08 they are yet to registed the booked site. They say due to IT problem they are unable to do the registration. When asked for refund they look out for all possible excuses. No answer to phone calls. Mobiles will be switched off....

Isiri Properties is a fraud layout developer located in JP Nagar. I had paid 25% advance for a site in Sree Harsha Nagar, Nelamangala on August 2008, which did not get registered because of IT problem of ISIRI properties. Later they promised to pay back the amount in two part payments, one in November 08 and other in Jan 09, but November's payment was cleared in Jan and the next payment is still to be made.
