Issue Of Voter Id Complaints & Reviews

I have applied for voter card on line in the month of November 2007. My application ID number is 255398. It was also verified by the officer, and I have given the necessary documents with Photo, but till date I had not received my Voter ID Card.

Now I request you to arrange to issue VOTER ID CARD.

Dear Sir,

I have applied for voter card in the month of January. I had been to Malleshwaram branch Bangalore Mahanagara Palike. It was also verifed by the oficer, but till date my name was not registered in list for the prepration of the voter card.

Now I request you to arrange issue necessary VOTER ID CARD.

I have applied for voter ID through online in December 2007. In January middle One madam came to my residence and given necessary forms. Accordingly I have filled and one photo affixed in the form and one more photo with signature.
