I try to book railway ticket thru ixigo app and their system show error message on transaction mode twice and the amount debited from my account and did not get the ticket, as i inform their customer care many times, they said your fund initiated in your account and its reflected with in 4 days, as of now i did not get that amount until today, i make these transaction on 26 and 27th April 2022 .And I lost 1208 INR & 171 INR on both transactions....

I was booked my ticket on 1 jan but ticket not booked but amt Was debited and still amt is not refund and I follow continuing but they are not responding and I drop the massage to call me but also not responding and amt is 1898/- and I was visited to bank branch but they SD bank ke behalf se transaction successful ho so aap apne broker se bat karo or aap ki Taraf se Koin revert nahi pease. .. resolve my query and my contact number is [protected]...

I want my refund regarding ixigo, i booked tickets but booking failed but not refunded!
I was tell to wait! But the wait is longer! Much longer
I contacted by mail, they don't have any phone number, so only contact through email
I m able to give me refund! From 21 days!
They are just giving message responsse we will response this is issue of my hard earned money!
They are not giving me enough feedback!...

I booked my ticket to bangalore to trivandrum but all the payment options where finished and the money also debited from my account but i didn't got the tickets after one minute i got a message that the the tickets has not booked and money debited from the account will be returned to the account after 5 days but after more than 5 days also i didn't got my money to the account so please give me the money fast...
