I have selected a leather jacket on Jack &Jones's store but the size wasn't available so the store ordered the jacket online.
The jacket which I received was defective, has scuff marks all over it, so I went to the store replace the product but store people asked me to return the jacket by calling the customer care. I placed a return request on the customer care but no one has come to pick the product from my place after waiting for almost ten days I emailed them. They replied that the issue has been escalated and it will be resolved or at least they will let know that why it is taking so long but it's been a month still I have not received any reply from them.
I think they scammed me with a defective product on purpose and that is why they are so reluctant on returning it.

I ordered sweatshirts from Jack & Jones after wearing one time it is defected and dyeing.

Cvr 88216512. 20190305. Skin rash. Very red and very itchy rash, large red 'bumps' resulted after wearing this jacket 20190305 for a short time [1 hour]. Label lists material contents as 100% polyester. Red colour: no product description. Would like to know the chemical compounds used in material and in the red dye. Purchased at the bay, burlington on january 2019....

This is to inform you that I purchased a shades from your brand JACK AND JONES.Unfortunately that shades was broken or one screw was loose and then that got misplaced.
Then i went to your store CP AND Met your COLD BEHAVIOUR floor manager " SUPERDUDE MR HARDIK ". I mean he was having a so much of attitude like he reacting or showing in a way that I thought he was the boss or owner of the company.anyhow then he told me it will take 2 days to get repair and then he again didn't ask even my number.Only me was bothering for giving a number of mine because you jack and jones people think customer are stupid and naive. So make them more in a way.

3 weeks gone still am waiting for my shades. Whenever I called to the store [protected] the same tired response I got Sir we are doing...Non passionate people you are and not bother for the customer for even 1%...!!!

seriously disappointed.These people are damaging the brand name of such a good company.

I am a regular customer of jack and jones and this is third time when i got a defected t shirt from sector 9 showroom panchkula i usally shop from elante, dt chandigarh i have not faced any problem but from sector 9 panchkula showroom ds is the 3rd time i am facing the prob and when i gone for exchange with in 1 hour the manager named yash behaved very rudely he was giving me suggestion to shop from the others stores rather from this store in an inappropriate manner his behaviour was pathetic like him poor customer service. I and my cousins always shops from jack and jones regularly after every month or two. But such bad behaviour next time can not be tolerated to do the need full and revert back he should apologize for what he did. Kindly revert back [protected].

i had bed experience in ur store at Alfa mall at vastrapur. when i should go on ur store there,s ur boy staff is not well and one tallest guy was not approach to me properly and he would not interest in ur costumer satisfaction and his name is mehul ya mahesh i dont know but like this and he want to talk other girls so u would care of images
