Your executive visited my house on 8th Nov 2011 and done all the repair during that day I was out of station and my mother was alone at home. Now Kitchen Tap is leaking again. I'm complaining about piston of my bathroom flush. It has been less than 2 years I live in my new home and building got passation before few more years.

Company is telling that it will not coverup inside your warranty period.

piston is something which can not get physical damage and it should totally been company's responsibility to replace it without cost.
