Sir me Headphone service center me Repairs ke liye diya tha...Lekin lockdown lagne se me ja nahi saka lene..Kuch din bad me Gaon Chala aaya..phir me jbl service center ko call kiya, to unhone bataya ki aap jis location pe ab rehate hai.vaha ka address dijiye, hum aapke location par headphone bhej denge,
Par sir 1.5 month complete hone aa raha hai tab bhi headphone delivery nahi kar rahe hai...me...

I had ordered a Bluetooth earphone from JBL India official website, on 24th September 2020 priced at 4199 Rs They delivered the wrong product and when asked to replace the product, they have kept asking for extension from the past one month and they are not willing to cancel or refund the amount, they just keep asking for extension. I want to cancel the order and want a refund....

I bought the JBL ear pods in June and all of a sudden in August it stopped working. I have been trying to get this replaced as it's in guarantee and warranty period. I have spoken to so many specialists at JBL and even manager named Balraj. None of them have helped me. I have been following up since August and none of them even called back after I was promised a call back. Each time I call I have been placed on hold for more than 30 minutes...

I have purchase a jbl C50hi in ear headphone with mic (Black) from Amazon. Com on date 2/8/2019 but after using about 3 month it's right arm of headphone is not working. So I called to jbl consumer support and then they ask me that parcel your defected product in the given address which is Plot No.302, Udyog Vihar Phase 2, Gurgaon 122016. So I parcel it on date 23/10/2019 from India post. After this waiting for about 74days...
