TICKETS NOT RECEIVED THROUGH NET BANKING BOOKING. NOT REFUNDED THE AMOUNT ALSO

I BOOKED two TICKETS FROM NELLORE TO BANGALORE ON 21.02.2012 each Rs.419/- through netbanking. Amount deducted from bank account but till today the amount not credited to my bank account.

I boarded an express KSRTC bus from Bangalore at Kempegowda Bus Stand for Mysore on 8th December at 6.00 am. As I am a senior citizen I showed the conductor my Voter Identity Card, which he would not accept and wanted only KSRTC card I explained that all that was wanted was an age proof and a Voter Identity card, driving license, passport, pan card or taluk authority was valid for KSRTC sr citizen concession.
