I have booked cylinder on 21st July 2022 but the cylinder is not delivered yet as in the online service they say that cylinder has delivered on 22nd July..we are constantly facing the problem of delivering cylinder late. this has happened 2nd time....

I have done booking through internet and there was delay in downloading my booking. the status showed pending. When I called them about it, the lady said there is a problem in the software and the computers are sent for the repairing. So they have done once again the manual booking after 10 days. But I did not receive the cylinder yet. When I called once again, she told me that the bill is not made and you will receive it after 4-5 days....
