I ordered Everyday Healthy Combo 1 - Get Three Freebies With Fedora Extra Virgin Olive Oil × 1
valued Rs.899 + Delivery charges Rs.49 = Rs.948 on 18th May 2021 through online from the Kaleesuwari official website. Online Order : 26690

Unfortunately I didn't received the product yet. It is already more than 2 weeks and more than 17 days.

I tried to call the customer care no +91-[protected]. No one is picking the call, whenever i call this number, it keeps ringing, sometime this number is switched off.
I also write the e-mail in their customer care mail:[protected]@kaleesuwari.com but no one response so far.

If you are unable to deliver the product, why you are accepting the online order and payment.
But Everyday they are giving advertisement in all the newspaper like The Hindu, Times of India, Daily thanthi, Dinamalar etc

If you are unable to deliver the product, why you are publishing your products in the newspaper. There is not properly maintained customer care to respond the customer queries.

Request you to refund my money back ASAP

Lesson Learned:
1. Don't ever order online from Kaleesuwari products from their website.

The above company has recently released an edible oil product namely, "Gold Winner Refined oil fortified with VITA D3+'. In their publicity it is mentioned as if it fulfill the daily requirement of vitamin D3 when used. But they have not mentioned the quantity of Viamin D3 available per ml. / liter of oil. Unless is known or indicated consumer will not be able to understand whether the Vitamin D3 present in the oil will be of beneficial level. Without this information, claiming high of its quality with Vitamin D3 is questionable and bound to mislead the consumer with false propaganda. When I requested the company to inform the detail of the oil's D3 quantity per ml. / liter of oil, in e mail they have not responded so far. It looks, this oil company is misleading the public with their false propaganda. Their corporate office address and e mail detail.
