I ordered kumkumadi tailum from kama ayurveda and i recieved it on[protected]

Its been more than 20 days I recieved the product and i even opened the product the day i recieved it but i was not using as i was under medication and i was not allowed to use other product so after i was done with my medication i opened the bottle 2 day ago and i found that the cap of the bottle was kind of damaged or loosened...

Hi this is Purnisha Sarkar here my order no [protected] is showing as shipped to my address. But no body had received the product The product was supposed to reach on 7th March 2020 on the billing address.But while calling the customer service on Monday one of the customer service representative had promised that the product would be delivered today i.e 10th of March, 2020 . Since morning I am repeatedly trying getting in touch with kama Ayurveda...
