We had applied for KHB, Bangalore Dist, Rajapura Extension of SNR Phase II site allotment for MIG category with initial deposit of 1, 50, 000/- 9one lakh fifty thousand). The lottery was done on[protected]. Since we couldnt arrange complete money for the purchase we filled the refund form and surrendered for refund request in KHB Bangalore.
Its been already close to 1 year, but we havent received the refund amount.

Water is supplied is through tanker and reason they give is not enough houses but the water tanker is itself not being provided in a timely manner. Even though it is supposed to come on every 10 days, it gets delayed by 3 to 5 days . This is becoming a huge problem and they are not resolving this and upon this the driver does not fill it completely also. There is no proper record maintained or checked if driver is coming at the proper date and filling correctly. We as a consumer feels cheated by KHB . This is very disappointing

KHB Platinum apartments near Jnanabharathi layout 2nd stage Kengeri has their own STP unit & they are not appropriately maintained & At night time they open & doing something in the STP unit at 12 AM to till morning 5:30 AM during that time terrible smell comes out from that unit which is not able to breathe. Kindly help us to stop these smells & rectify this issue.

We have paid full amount for plot allotment, it's been one month we still didn't get registeration documents to register on our names. KHB bellary still its not working effectively. If we send emails to bangalore also there is no response....

A person name Krishnappa# [protected] from Karnataka Housing Board called me and told to give money for registration to get Plot. So I have deposited 7000 first and to get the confirmation for allotment told to deposit another 5000. So total 12000 he told and his number is now Switched Off.
Please take necessary aciton on him.

Hello i am a resident of karnataka housing board at padavu Mangalore near rama shakthi mission.mybnwighbour house ni M.G.8.named anugraha owned by mr arunakumar is added one more building behind his house.he has removed da rocks in da place n constructed the house wch is more than the housing board agreed land he is trying to cheat the housing board evn in front of his house he has coverd the footpath space with plants and garden.so that people are not able to walk on the footpath.kindly check this and relieve this area and do the needful.so that those who acquire the govt land will be punished...thank you.

As we reside in surya nagar phase 2 mig site no 1929 we have single house here and we are facing may issues as there is no street lights near out house drinkers amd theft issues so just request you to take immediate action as soon as possible and fix some street lights near our home hence we request you to take action and solve our main issues... Hi i am a resident of jnanabharathi layout and residents of our layout use a street near shirke apartments to join old outer ring road for both walk and 2 wheeler riding.

Now that street is closed by khb and we dont have route.

Please reopen that street.
So it will be very usefull for old people, children and other people to walk.

I am an ex service person. I had applied for kenchalagudu project at mysore project. My application no: 119347. I had paid rs. 50, 000/- as initial deposit. Since i was not with allotted site i was waiting for refund of amount.in dec 2017 i went to khb, mysore office queried about that, then they infd that the cheque was returned due no receiver at my home address and hence i had crossed 3 months validity new cheque to issued...

KHB has taken rs.695 per sq feet for allotment of ilavala sites and houses. they asked to make payments of full amounts within 4 months. they charged rs. 695 per sq.ft for site and an additional rs. 24.5 lakh for house and an additional rs 10000 for dd charges. if we pay through neft or rtgs we will not get voucher. there is no possibility to pay through cheque, only dd they take for voucher. after paying full amount they are telling get this letter from bangalroe get taht letter from bangalore. full amount came to rs. 42.5 lakhs. if we go to the location, people point to block 1 and 2 where there are roads and all facilites. but in block 3 there are no roads, drainagae pipe is still lying there not installed, no electricity, no water. houses are far from over. termites have eaten the front door. only front door made in wood rest all plastic. the construction is terrible. there are holes everywhere visible. painting not done. there is no sink, no toilets, no taps etc, no polishing of floor, still all cement left. no window glasses, no sign of completion. when we spoke to the locals we were told that the farmers were cheated and rest all middlemen took therefore the block 3 houses and sites will not be allotted now. what is this? inspite of knowing the property is in dispute still KHB has went ahead and allotted block 3 and collected monies. now we are not getting the property, from where they will give when it is not even built, plus we have to pay the interest for loans plus we have to pay the rent of the house we now live in. is this a game? many people who were not successful in allotment have not got back their original amount also. for that KHB is demanding that they must make a "request". why the KHB cannot give back to failed applicants directly like MUDA? you should see the state of block 3 ilavala. KHB is worse than private people who cheat. first of all how without basic amenities who gave approval to sell the properties?
if anyone is cheated by KHB like not paying refund and not giving alloted property, please let me know, we will file a case jointly.

Respected Sir/ Madam. Myself is Mr. Vijay Katake. My case no. is 47420. I have paid the whole ammount along with interest for my plot allotted to me at Aland almost two years ago. I have been pleading the Gulbarga KHB office to issue me the necessary documents for plot registration but they have been turning deaf year to me. I was alloted a HIG1 site ( H2S[protected] in Surya Nagar Phase 3, but as I did not receive Intimation letter--walked in to the KHB office for clarification. Got to know that address was incorrectly typed on the letter. Hence I requested for revised intimation letter with revised dates. For this I have also submitted a letter on 4/12/2013. Till now I have not received the new intimation letter, even after walking down to KHB office several times. Regards, K.Rajendra Setty

Sir i had applied for LIG site at Basavana kudachi project in the month of July 2009. my application no. is 31982 and paid Rs.20500/- by DD along with the application. I had already been applied for refund twice but no response/intimation have received till date. ans whenever i called KHB office very bad response i got from their, pls do needful as soon as possible as its already to late..........

I have applied for the LIG house responding the KHB advertisement along with a DD of Rs.2,000/- in the year 1992. Till today KHB has not informed about the allotment of house or any other information. Despite frequent visit and telephone call to its office they have not supplied required information. Fed up...

The Karnataka Housing has not installed any safety measures in the Apartments build by them in Surya City. All the Safety Regulations have been thrown to wind by them. Allthough they have put fire alarm, phone in the lift none of them are working. The residents have been stuck many times in the lift with no one to help them & no way to get out. This too in a place where old people are also staying . Apart from this there is no backup...
