Karvat Health Insurance Complaints & Reviews

I am a senior citizen of 78 years of age. Stating the age factor here so that you realise that it is difficult to get a mediclaim at my age. I had mediclaim with Karvat Health-first cover-more insurance. Their agent in Nasik did not communicate the end date of the policy to me and the policy was cancelled without any intimation! When I contacted their head office (Mumbai) and Regional office (Nasik), they were very arrogant and blamed me...
