I am a senior citizen of 78 years of age. Stating the age factor here so that you realise that it is difficult to get a mediclaim at my age. I had mediclaim with Karvat Health-first cover-more insurance. Their agent in Nasik did not communicate the end date of the policy to me and the policy was cancelled without any intimation! When I contacted their head office (Mumbai) and Regional office (Nasik), they were very arrogant and blamed me for not calling up earlier!
I am shocked at the pathetic service being provided by their Nasik branch employee (Deepak Sapkale) as well as their agent.
Hopefully this review is helpful to other people who are planning to take Karvat health insurance.
