We made a forward inward contract with yes bank ltd a year ago against japanese yen which was around ₹58 that time and contract rate is ₹65.28 and then since last one year we received payments from our clients many times and yes bank personnals alwaya say that we cannot utilize the contract as it is a loss if we do that then yesterday the conversion is around ₹66 and they cancel our contract as they said either give more fixed deposit...

We are exporter of gem stones and we submitted our export documents with sbi for realization
We also have current account with yes bank ltd
We receive a payment in yes bank from our client and due to our export papers are with sbi, i ask yes bank to issue efircs for the same
The efirc already been issued and active since...

I had ordered a Wii sports resort cd
Order I'd: OD[protected] on 19/5/2017 I was delieverdd the package today against cash on delieverey basis and after opening it I was surprised to find a different cd of Wii named "Vacation isle beach party"

I had ordered this for my son who has holidays at present and he was very sad on seeing this

I request you to kindly replace this with the cd ordered immediately...
