Today i happened to travel in kl 15 6785 ksrtc bus. Though there are seats allotted for senior ladies conductor did not bother to ask young ladies occupying that seat to get up and make space for an old lady struggling to stand. It is often noticed from ladies this type of insensitivity even when old people and struggling. This need to be corrected....
