I have resigned from my post of sound engineer in kingdom of dreams, gurgaon in june 2016 and till date i have not received my pending salaries amounting to rs.80000. I have been trying to contact the hr through emails and call and till date appropriate response is not received.

Hence please help me to get back my hard earned money.

Dear sir/ madam,
On 04/08/2016, we have given the baleno vehicle (Granite grey color) for valet parking. At the end of day, valet parking person returned the vehicle to me on which big dent was found on right side rear door.
On that night due to darkness outside the parking area that dent was not visible to me and valet person took advantage of it and not informed me regarding the dent on my car.

After email and phone confirmation, we were informed that we would recieve our refund within 15 days. Our show (Magic Show) booking I.D.:[protected] seat E21,E22 which was on[protected], 5:00pm got cancelled after being postponed twice from its original time of 3:00pm.

We have all correspondance from K.O.D. in this regard.

We wish to take legal action as we are left with no option.
