Hi am rohit i bought a kodak TV from flipkart before two months ago
In two months my TV has problem in screen
Your technicals pick up my TV because of issue in screen pannel they said that it will replace in 4 to 5 days
But still no response from your side
And it's allmost 41 days till the technician picked up my TV
You guys are making fun of customers really pathetic costomer service
If you will not resolve my issue I will take legal action against your company complaint no.. 6337301

After buying TV from flip kart it was not worked hence as per my complaint they repaired TV after 1 month and the TV worked for 2 days properly and again same problem repeated the TV is not working.

TV Sound Vibration Issue
Bought new KODAK TV (KODAK 7XPRO 108 cm(43 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart Android TV with 40W Sound Output & Bezel less Design.
Installation completed on 25th Dec 21, Post installation issue is identified and reported issue with Team on 28th Dec 21, Service person visited on 5th Jan and informed me there is no issue in sound (as the issue is not reproduceable at the time of visit), if you are facing sound issues, take video and relogin the complaint with KODAK by enclosing video evidence. same has been followed and submitted evidence. issue reported on 14th Jan 22 and requested support team to look into the issue. Team informed me pls send in email. Post sending email, Team asked me to pay Rs.450/- as a complaint charges as you have submitted second complaint. Requested them TV unit is in warranty / guarantee, asking charges is not fair. Team informed me they are following their Standard Operating Procedure / company policies. Payment done on 15th Jan 22, shared payment transaction receipt with team, till now team is not responded and unable to connect with customer support team, there is pre-recorded call stating team will connect shortly. Requesting you to interfere, Inform KODAK TV company to rectify my TV problem, Please inform KODAK TV to take your TV and return my money back, If Kodak Team is not able to resolve the issue. Parents are scolding me very badly. Government should stop subsidy policies to this company as there is no proper customer service. Its my fault encouraging Made in India and Make in India products.

There is an issue generated with the TV screen, one band is generated over upper part and screen is flickering simultaneously. I jave been contacting the customer center at [protected] qnd have send email at [protected]@kodaktv.in . Its been few days they still unable to give appointment for the purpose of service. Every time we called they said they will send details before evening.

Sir, I bought 55 inch kodak CA series tv in October 2021, Just in two months it's mother board expired. Tv has not worked. I have warranty for 3 years. I complaint to kodak customer service in one month back.Till they tell me wait 10 to 12 days every time

TV stopped working and no support in 11 days

The after sales service for the Kodak LED smart TV is really bad. TV is not working for more than 10 days and the support engineer is still saying that they are waiting for the parts for the repair. So far no one has come to check the TV
The engineer asks a few questions and understand the issue. Based on that he will decide what is the problem and what he would need for the repair.
Customer care is not ready to share any kind of escalation matrix details. They confirmed that kodak do. It have any escalation matrix. To register a complaint, they take 72 working hours (6 - 8 days considering 9 - 12 hours of working).
I am really fed up of the after sales service and would want kodak to take the poorly built TV unit and refund me the money. Would rather buy a better quality product in similar price range.

Service centre people r saying they r waiting for the approval of the parts. Customer care people say that they r looking in to the matter.
But i think nobody is serious in attending my complaint. Its almost a month now.

Kodak 139cm (55 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart Android TV
I have a Kodak TV and it is giving me problems, display is not proper. I have logged a ticket with Kodak (MHU5140821T2533) in August 2021 and the technician did visit and confirmed the display needs to be replaced. Now it has been 3 months but there is no resolution from Kodak given. Looking towards resolution of my issues.

I have issues with the Netflix and when I contacted you few months back there was a person who gave me a fix. However, the navigation does not work properly on the Netflix app like other apps.
Its painful to see such famous tv company does not support an app which is popular world wide.
The prob I am now facing is that I have to logout and login again on the Netflix issue. However, as usual none of the up down keys...

There is no provision in tv to update and install apps.. Customer care just passing the time.. No response yet from cc.

Smart 43" 4K tv
Was requested for servicing for past 3 days. The call centre representative advised mail addressing. The same was done with video shot. No response created not even any ID provided. Although claims of pan India services is boasted, factually the company is fake selling through flipcart.

Deficiency in service and unfair trade practice
I have purchased Kodak LED TV on 12.07.2020 from Amazon, which came along with 1-yr warranty. On 27.05.2021, I lodged a complaint of dust visible on LED panel to consumer care of Kodak. After several follow ups for each stage right from Engineer visit to establish defect at our home, to pick up of LED TV from our location, repair and finally delivering of TV back has taken almost 2 months of time. The TV was sent back to us on 22nd July 2021, which was not working once installed by Kodak Delivery person. Till Today i.e. 04/08/2021 nor fully functional TV has been provided to us.
Course of Events:
27.05.2021- Complaint lodged via email
19.06.2021- Engineer site visit, where he confirmed that there is dust in panel and it needs to be picked up to repair at Okhla service center
08.07.2021- LED picked up from our location with a commitment to be repaired and sent back in 7 working days
22.07.2021- LED sent back along with driver and delivery man that too not working.
In between these 4 dates as mentioned above, there have been several calls to customer care regarding the progress of complaint as registered with them.
Since Kodak kept their other 2 TVs at our premises as security mentioning that by next day 23.07.2021, they will provide a fully functional TV. While the TV delivered to us on 23.07.2021 is also defective.
Since 23.07.2021, we have been requesting them to send their Technician/Engineer to confirm the fault visible and provide our repaired TV back. Rather, Kodak consumer care is threatening and harassing us to file a legal suite. We have lost the trust completely in them.
Now, we want our full money refunded. They can take all their 4 TVs (2-security TV which they left at our premises, 1- new panel but defective, 1- our original non-working TV), as the articles are consuming space in our house unnecessarily.
There are many other customer who have raised complaints in different forums for same Kodak TV and thus there consumer care of lack in service and unfair trade practice.
Hereby, attaching all the communication and invoice ( call recordings, video and picture)
I am not able to attach all 5 call recordings, which I am not able to attach, though they are within limit of 32 MB.
Course of Events:

Not providing warranty service for Kodak LED TV
I Purchased A Kodak Led Tv From Amazon That Time They Provided Me Installation Service And Other Services To My Home Town. After Some Days (20-30 Days) My Tv Not Working So I Take Several Followed To Repaired My Tv At Home Town, Initially They Agreed To Provide Me All Repaired Services To My Home Town But After 2-3 Calls Kodak And Amazon Denied To Provide Me Asked Service.

i purchased kodak tv on 5th June from flipcart with sole purpose of attending online classes for my son Aaditya who is in 5th class now as number of hours increased for online classes, i want to safeguard his eyes from mobile screen so decided to purchase android tv so that he can attend the classes from safe distance from the screen. But google meet app, along with External webcam and mic is not working. as it is not compatible. As it is android 10 all app should have able to install but google meet is not showing. i am following with Kodak customer care [protected] but not getting any resolution. they are confirming me that i will get a call back from their technical team but i didn't received the call.Kodak has blocked the camera and mic rights in the system user interface is the reason behind webcam and microphone is not working, which can be easily resolved with the help of technical support. but poor support from their customer care helpdesk. The worst thing is that they are not providing any ticker number or reference number to track the complaint so everytime the problem need to be explain to everyone.

55 inch Smart LED Kodak TV is not working
I purchased a 55 inch Smart LED TV on 13th July 2019. Display is not working on that TV. I have 3 years WARRANTY for this Kodak TV. I raised a complaint for Video issue in my 55 inch Smart LED Kodak TV on Feb 20 2021. After that 4 service people visited my house with a gap of around 15 days. But this issue is not yet resolved. It is almost 3 months since the TV is not working. I am not able to watch TV for more than 3 months because of this issue. Please replace my TV. Or give one TV to me to watch channels till you rectify my TV issue.
