I ordered the product but I received the wrong item I also tried to contact koviwear website from gmail but no one is answering me and according to the return policy I can return my product within 30 days and I received my order today itself that is 3rd June 2022
I want to return my product as well as want my money refunded...

I'm Nandita Suhag i ordered a bra set from your store... But the one which you've delivered is the wrong one... It has line in between and the material is also very light... The fitting is also lose.. I order 34 size and it's not fitting.. Please it's a humble request... Please return my order....

I ordered from the koviwear site in 11 April..6 piece of bra set but in the next second I cancel the order... It confirm me with a email that my order was cancelled but now it delivered in my address.. N accidentally I received the product in 599rs in online mode.. My order no..#2891..
Now I want my payment back.. I want my refund.. This is a worst product and fake site...

The bra that I have ordered is not the same as I ordered... they just delivered me simple bra I want my money refunded or my bra should be exchange by the exact bra what I have been ordered...
