parking token is not issued

Address: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

I have parked my two wheeler on 8.1.2018 at 9.00pm and picked it on 9.1.2018 at 11.30 pm they charged me rs.5 plus rs.40 but they haven't provided me a bill for the same.
When i insisted for the bill one mr. Suresh had spoken in a rude way and said do whatever you want
I felt very embarrassing with the response of the person
I want necessary action to be taken at least to provide a token for whatever amount we pay...

Poor maintenance and haphazard parking of Vehicles

We could not enter easily to the Koyembedu Omnio bus Stand due to poor traffic regularisation in the entrance. When ever we are going by vehicle it take min 15 min to reach the plat form . But they are chaging for vehicles. But they are not maintaining the roads and all the buses parked hapazrdly in the entrance....
