on my landline phone [protected], i requested for STD deactivation on 13.1.09 via ref. no 59734145 .no action was taken .the STD was still active on 15.1.09.again I requested for STD disconnection on 15.1.09 (ref.no.[protected].this time the STD was disconnected but got activated again.this was brought to the notice of Airtel where i was told that AirTel would be notified and action will be taken .

My telepphone no was[protected] and I have disconnected my phone and have surrendered back all the necessary intruments and all. I have also got Req Ref no:81306624 Prov An No:82320413 Dtd:23/jun/2008. Though I have closed and done my formalities I am still awaiting for my advance refund. I was enquiring about my advance refund yesterday(22/10/2008) with Ambattur telephone exchange, they say's they couldnot locate the refferal number...

I had already submmited written complaint regarding my tel connection No. 27151320 due to correction in billing as per Non OYT gen category for disability. As per your policy for disable persons is Zero installation charges and 50% concession in rental charges. This charges till not given to me and for that reason i was complained but the decision is still pending and connection is disconnected.
