This mail is in continuation to the earliest complaint I registered. But I didn't get any reply. When I contacted your customer care they asked me to send in email requesting them send by my handset kept with the Pune office to the service center. So as per the instruction I hereby request you to send the handset the service center and find a solution at the earliest.

This company is totally unprofessional my complain was lodged on 2nd April ’2016 and for next step after calling 100 times (they never give courtesy call) at every call they come some or other incomplete information they finally it took 6 weeks and then after 2 weeks they saying claim will be settled 60 TO 120 days from the date of approval WHICH THEY NEVER SAID WHILE TAKING POLICY and today when 60 days are completed we are asking they...
