I am not able to find the statement anywhere in l&t website.. I don't have to either in my mail...

What is this. I was purchase twice things u sent me only 1. Which as different u my selection. Also a fabric quality is too cheap. I have all proof which as during to purchase process es till delivery. I want my refund immidietly. Unless i have to take legal action. What is this complaint should be long. Matter is that. Problem should be resolved. U all r fake. How can cheat to ur consumer. U gave all fake detail s on ur site like contact...

Today I my phone was stolen by a thief he had thrown my phone by then he had already transferred a amount of 8100 from my paytm account
As I didn't authorize the payment please refund my amount .Also you can please tell me how you are validating the transaction as it not asking for any PIN/password at the time of transaction.
I hope you don't disappoint me.If you fail to refund my amount I will post this in FB and other social...
