          I had ordered one shoe but later returned it due to small size issue. The returned took place on 19 July but since then it's been more than 9 days but I have not got my refund also the number present on their app is totally wrong. Really misleading company

              I bought 5 items from them and returned three. Below is the status of the three products i returned using THEIR courier service and IN THE ORIGINAL PACKING

              1. 1 handbag is not appearing in the list of items i have returned. I returned it via xpressbees and I don’t know if they misplaced it or whatever but it is not showing up on my profile

              2. One product shows “QC failed” even though it was completely intact when I returned it

              3. One item is “in transit to warehouse” since last 15 days. Seems like it has lost the way or something.

              Now they are saying two of the three products are dirty and yhey cannot refund the money even though I don’t know how the bags would get dirty.

              This is just a way of cheating customers.

                    Hi, I ordered a pair of black thigh high boots a month ago and guess what I got a defected pair. I asked them to take it back and return my money. The guy came the next day to pick it. But it's been a month I've not got my money back. I have called them like so many times but haven't got my money back till date. This is the worst/fraud/cheapest brand. Total waste of money. I wouldn't ever recommend anyone to buy any product from such a fraudulent company.

                      I placed an order (Ord-ls/19-20/[protected] on 9th dec and was supposed to get it by 11th dec.
                      On calling them multiple times, i got the tracking id of xpressbees (Awb[protected] which showed estimated delivery date as 13th dec and i havent yet got my order
                      The company has been very unresponsive and they are not even providing any update on the status on the delivery of my pre-paid order
                      Either deliver the order or initiate the refund but neither is happening
                      I ordered a shoes and they are not refunding my money!They picked up on time . Though it was in intact tag and package as confirmation .

                          I placed my 1st ever order on sep 6th. I kept checking the order status daily bcoz the pdt was needed for my wedding. On 7th the status was updated to shipped and on 10th the status still showed as shipped, so i called the customer care and i was informed the pdt returned to warehouse bcoz i didn't receive it, when in fact the delivery guy never contacted me or came to deliver nor did i get any update from lulu. The funny part is the status update was made after several calls from my end to customer care. I am very disappointed with the lousy service. I trusted to buy something for my wedding from a online site and learn my mistake. This was the first and last time and i will go ahead my uninstall the app and delete my account.
                          I received the wrong product and the product is very cheap!! Totally different from what I ordered!! I need a refund! But I heard everyone is cheated and don't get refund back! I'm scared

                            I purchased 2 pairs of footwear on 28th august and due to quality and size issues, i returned them. The products were picked up from me on 29th. I am delhi based, so refund should have been processed asap. Even on the lulu and sky app, my refund status is pending for wallet credit. Despite calling every alternate day, my refund of rs 1714 isn't credited as yet. Fake promises are being made of crediting within 2-3 days everytime i call them up.
                            Despite of trying to contact them, no one has responded yet.
                            Poor customer care service.
                            Apart from that I haven't received my parcel since the delivery agents are delaying the delivery.

                              It’s been 14 days i never get my product. I exchange my heels because of defects in it. I also mail in support care but they mail me with they didn’t get the product on warehouse. Is it the manner of selling? It’s beyond the time u guys just fooling people also you never interest to update the customer for the current position of order. If it’s impossible to give my product just refund my amount.

                                As they have asked me to self-ship the products, i have couriered it to the given address. It was mentioned that you will reimburse the courier fee of rs 100/-. Since i had to pay courier amount of rs 260/-, i expect to get a reimbursement of the whole courier amount. I am attaching the courier receipt with this message. Kindly do the needful.

                                  I have ordered a boots from lulu and sky which i had returned because of size issue in 2 days. After sometime i got a message that your product is failed to quality check. When i called the customer service he said you use the product much.
                                  Guys how it is possible to wear a shoes which didn't fit you. And in just two days how can i use the product much?
                                  This was my first and last time when i ordered something from thr. Very bad experience, poor quality and very bad service. I would suggest to not order anything from thr instead order from any known site.
                                  Don't get influenced by bloggers as they are getting products for free and they are getting paid for advertisements. They hardly wear it once. I did the mistake and got influenced : (

                                    My account wrongly debit with amount 999 by paytm upi on 13 jan 2019 but not received by the merchant yet. My transaction with upi reference number[protected] done on 13 jan 2019 was successful but not received by the merchant. As i also discussed about this by merchant they said to please check this with your bank once.

                                      I purchased a pair of white sandals on lulu&sky.com. When i used the product, in 2 mins of walking the the sandals opened up causing me great inconvenience and embarrassment. I called them and their reply was that they have a 10 day return policy. When i asked them if a product usability is only ten days, i was asked to email my complaint. When i emailed to them, i was asked to send across a picture of the product which i have attached here.
                                      After this, the reply from lulu&sky was "greetings from lulu and sky!

                                      We regret to inform you that we are unable to consider your request as per the shared images the product is used. So we are unable to return the used product.

                                      Your cooperation and patience are highly appreciated."

                                      I have received wrong colour and style of boots twice! This is so bad on part of the company as l needed the colour for a special occasion!

                                      I am giving three star only for the products I have purchased.but when I purchased the product I did not knew that there were coupons available because when i clicked on the apply coupon option it was not showing any coupons and i was new to the website. but later on when i checked the website there were coupons available which were applicable to my order. i ordered two products on which 10%discount was applicable and then i again ordered 4 pieces on which 25% discount was applicable which didn't get. So i thought of contacting the customer care and thought they would credit the amount in my lulu wallet but they straight away denied that i wont get any credits as i was suppose to apply the coupon at the time of placing the order and the agent told me to return all the products and place the order again to get the discounted amount. I do not understand over here that if they are ready to give me the discount why cant they do it me without returning the items and placing the order again, this is bizarre because any other website the coupons are shown once you are at the check out page .the products i got were of good quality but the customer service and their policies are really very poor so most probably this is my last time ordering anything from this shopping site.

                                            I ordered a pair of shoes that was big for me so i returned it.
                                            I called to lulu& sky to inform that i will returned that shoes for sizing problem and they told me that your size will be available or not that they don’t know, so i placed second order of same product in my sized in case on dilevery.
                                            After that they send me my second order and i paid it again and i called them that you canceled my first order and refund my money in lulu and sky wallet but till now they don’t refund my money 1417 rs
                                            They send me same product again and again and returned it because i already paid second time and got my product then why i am taking it again.
                                            After that i called them many times for my refund but i don’t get back my money till now.
                                            I don’t understand why you are harassing your customers, if this types you will handle the situation we will not go long.
                                            I spoken with many of your employees but mr. Vivek is handing it but i don’t get my money back till now.
                                            Every time they told me that mem we will shoutout the matter and we will refund your money but there is no response.
                                            They didn’t call me and they don’t refund my money.

                                            Not only did they not deliver the product and update me about me. Now they claim the product has not reached their warehouse and the refund can be initiated only after that. I believe this is a scam. The customer care has not been of any help. I have been contacting them over phone and mail.

                                              I ordered for two sunglasses which were on sale and when i received it i found the quality to be extremely low grade and i ask for a refund or i asked dem to put the money back in lulu and sky wallet if they have any but they denied this is completely chaleating and fraud... And such rude customer service person they have...!! So in a way they are forcing is to take the product.. And are not even sorry for it..!! Every company accepts returns and itz sunglasses..!! They are just looters..!! Please look into the matter..!!

                                                My name is bhagyashree das and i had ordered a halter neck dress which was too baggy on me and hence, i returned the product asking for a refund. After a week, they are saying that the product was damaged whereas i hardly wore the dress for 2mins and didn’t try more than once even because it fit me and there was no time to waste on it. The product might be damaged initially but i didn’t have a thorough analysis as i didn’t have time and my prime concern was it’s fitting. Now they want to return the product back. I mean what will i do with the product which is useless for me or should i clean my house with a rs.1000 dress. This was my first and last experience with lulu and sky. I shouldn’t have trusted in the first place.
                                                The order id was 00002077. Please help me out else i will file a police complaint for playing around with customers’ faith and naïveté.

                                                  I komal bansal from ranchi has been denied refund of 2 products with order number 00102711. Total refund amount is 2430 approx. They are giving an excuse that perfume smell is dere in the top n the trousers r without belt. There is no such perfume smell in that product. I highly tried that product for 2 minutes it was too big. And dint even know that the trousers were supposed to b delivered with belt then how am i supposed to inform them within 24 hrs. They are so disgusting that i can't expresss here. If they don't refund my money i will raise a police complaint against them as they harass customers over call.

                                                      I have placed an order for boots amounting 1777 in sale then have received defective shoes which was not coming in my left foot and material was not good still i made one attempt to check the size for exchanging. I made my mind to return it but the return option was not active on website then called customer service that want to return it as not coming in my left foot and she made an option active on website for returning. Thereafter shoes was collected and returned back to me stating dirty. I'm shocked which i can't wear in my left foot how it got dirty. Fake brand using such selling tact for clearaing there defective items why they have sent me defective peice intialy with there so called quality check??? Neglegient customer service and extremely pathetic experience with lulu and sky only shopping. I want either refund or exchange or send there executive to my place and give me clarity why it's not coming in my left foot??? Shoes pictures enclosed

                                                      I have asked to share there CEO I'd for further escalation however customer service executive said we are not allowed to provide the same and we have only one ID repeating same answer like parrot as per quality check dirty shoes.I m surprised defective and poor quality peice initially how can be dirty...Lame excuse for not returning it

                                                      It's not matter of 1777 how can they make a customer fool and ask me to bear the cost like this when lulu and sky brands pvt was at fault intialiy...I was at fault for trusting this fake brand first time and waisting my time and energy now for resolution.

                                                        I placed and order using cod option from lulu and sky app. But i dint like the product, so i returned it, but even after a lot of chasing, i dint get my money back for amount 1463/-. My name is richa goel, order is 41712, inspite of my complaints they kept giving me a transaction id but my bank is saying that it doesn't exist. I get all my refunds on time so i don't think it's my bank's fault. I am really disappointed with service and customer care, just want my money back.
