I tried to cancelled my safari booking. But while cancelation got error.. To check this and to get amount refund i am trying to contact mahaecourism through support mail and phone number but didn't get any response.. What i can do for this.. Any suggestion
I think we need to take action against this as this is repeating for everyone.
Please raise this issue...

I made a booking for accommodation at the tatoba-andhari tiger reserve on the mahaecotourism web site after creating the necessary id and password on 02/02/2016 for stay at their reserve from 04 to 07/03/2016. However, i cancelled the same on 26/02/16 vide token no. 385201. My booking id was bk[protected]. However, the amount in concern of rs. 5850/- after deduction of the cancellation charge has yet to be refunded to me....
