Maharashtra Eco Tourism — Non-refund of cancelled booking amount

I made a booking for accommodation at the Tatoba-Andhari Tiger Reserve on the mahaecotourism web site after creating the necessary id and password on 02/02/2016 for stay at their Reserve from 04 to 07/03/2016. However, I cancelled the same on 26/02/16 vide Token No. 385201. My booking ID was BK[protected]. However, the amount in concern of Rs. 5850/- after deduction of the cancellation charge has yet to be refunded to me.

This is the same case with me. I also cancelled. It's been well over a month, no refund. I have sent them 2-3 mails, no replies to them. No one picks call on their support number. I opened a complaint on http://suvidha.mahaonline.gov.in/Forms/Complaint_Reg.aspx. No action there as well. This is absolutely pathetic. Lazy and irresponsible people are just warming up their seats doing nothing. Shame on this maharashtra eco tourism.
