Tickets cancelled in April 2021 but money not refunded yet

I had made 3 bookings (for 2 people each) via Makruzz (private ferry company in Port Blair), with the following booking IDs : "FEHRPA, QFYOEN & EBYPAN" These were for port blair to havelock (9th May), havelock to neil island (11th May) and neil island to port blair (13th May) respectively. Due to the dangerous COVID19 situation in India, I decided to cancel these bookings and made request for cancellation on 20th April, 2021. Makruzz responded...
