numerous query remains unanswered .
neither primary company or delivery partner answering redressal....

I have return the product with tags and the product quality was not upto the mark that's why I returned it and it was used as well and now the company is saying that it has failed the quality checks so we are reaching the product back I don't want that product I want my money back please refund my money as soon as possible it will be a loss for me ....

It was not possible to carry it in a plastic box.
