I purchased Maruti Ritz in June 2010. Though I had paid the entire money, the vehicle was not provided immediately as promised by the dealer (Varun Motors, Begumpet) but after one month. Hi, i have bought a Maruti Ritz vxi from Fairdeal Cars Pvt Ltd., East Delhi on 1st January,2010. The experience of taking car from fairdeal was not at all good. Their practice cant be described in words. Details about it can be discussed if somebody from the company gets in touch.

1.Continuous noise from the Right door pillar, which is quite irritating while driving.
2.While driving on the highway at a speed of 75-85 Kmph / 2100 rpm, I noticed continuous jerks and vibrations which shakes the whole body and causes a lot of discomfort and headache while driving. These vibrations stop when the care touches the speed of 90Kmph or above, (Usually this much speed is not possible in the city).

I took my Ritz for first free service to RANA motors Okhla on 3-7-09(job no.JCO9007746). During service the engine oil or the filter were not changed. when enquired supervisor told me that it is not required for RITZ.However the manual doesnot mention it and the first free service coupon is also silent about it. I m confused. I like to know as per protocol what are the required services done in first service
