I have posted feedback form and complaint about problem in shifting back-gear in maruti swift VDI CH01AD 5612. to Mr Pankaj Narula Cheif Executive (Service) Maruti Udyog Gurgaon on dated 24.01.2011.But Engineer from chandigarh Maruti office and Mr Mankoo from Berkelay Automobile Ltd.Chandigarh visited my home and tell me that this is our design problem and it is permissible and under norms (10% problem in shifting back-gear in all cars).Now...

I have purchased new Maruti Suzuki Swift in March 2009 sice I have changed three side mirrors due to poor quality and also I get bad smell till date from the poor quality plastic of the dash board.

The reason behind the change of side mirrors is due to vibration screw got loose and it felt when I am driving the car. Also complete assembly need to cange we can replace the mirror itself. It costs me more...
