Sir i was order products in max fashion on 14 oct 19.in my received order 2 items missed. I have registererd my complaint in customer care 2 days before they said i have to wait for 2days. Today i called and asked about that same issue today also they relating the same ans they don't have any proper problem solving solutions. My order no [protected].

    Maxfashion has the worlds worst customer care.
    Firstly, i am not getting my money back, everytime i call customer care i have been given further dates to receive money in bank but that does not happen.
    Secondly, when i call to complain on the delay, i have to repeat my problem again from the start. Which is really annoying. Customer care person asks for information like - when did you the last time, when did u receive mail from us, what is the problem that shows that the customer care does not have our history or else they dont record details that we discuss
    Today when i called, they said that they will be escalating the complain and to wait for 2-3 days more without any communication on mail or any service request number. It has become a pat of my job to call them after every 10days as a never ending issue

    This is a really pathetic service!!
    I will not shop from maxfashion ever

      Max pvt ltd mentioned that they have hassle free return facility but they don't.
      Max cheat the people by mentioning this. I have place the return request before 2 months but they didn't process the request.
      I have call the max fashion customer care but they don't answer properly and they treat u like nothing.
      If they don't have the facility for return then they should not mentioned thin in their policies. By mentioning this in the policies they are cheating the people.
      Please make sure that they remove this line that "they have return facility" so that other people should not be the victim of this.

        I am not able use my vocher code, its says that lasted date is over for registriation,

        But last date of Avail this voucher is 23 june, at time of shopping, Max store Guys donot tell me that register your self before 9 june. He says that you can use this voucher till 23 june 19,
        Its Companys responsibility that he can Aware there Customer to use this Coupon on time, with reminder calls & mails, Company earn millions of Rupees From Customers Shopping, & Now he is saying that time is over for your Voucher use, It's Totally faurd Going on,

        I am out of Station for last 1 month So i am not having time to use this voucher, & Now i am unable to register myself,

        Pls help me out & Allow me For day out till 23 June,

          There is no update on rest of the items and every time i'm getting false dates from them without any check.

          No one is ready to help and give resolution

            Its been a month and a half since i return my product and requested for refund.

            But i see no action as i keep calling and replying to their emails but no one is able to give a solution as they do not have enough information.

            Can somebody check and confirm the refund status as i have replied to their emails this monday with my account details again but they closed by ticket stating no response received.
            Have purchased T shirts in Yeshwanthpur, Bangalore showroom vide inv.#[protected] dtd. 1/March.
            with one wash itself color at Collar and Bottom Hem faded which looks odd.
            Need refund as early as possible to avoid further course of action.

              11 days have been passed and i have not received my refund of rs. 2400/- my order id is [protected]. I have called 6-7 times to their customer care department, each and everytime they say we will revert you in 24 to 48 business hours. I also have audio recordings of their customer care executive in which they admit to reslove the matter in 48 hours.

                Above is my service request no.. I didn't got my refund back since 2 month's. Its like harassment.

                First I got the wrong product & next day I return it.

                After a week I didn't got my refund so I contacted customer care, they told me I return the different brand product.

                That time I gt to know that I was got the wrong product. It means there delivery boys are fraud.

                Now since 2 months I was getting false promises from there customer care executive thru mails & calls..

                Don't do shopping from MAX..
                They are fraud people from customer care to delivery boys..

                I think I will not get my money back but I want to alert all of you.

I shared my bank details and got acknowledgement from the max team but it has been more than 15 days the amount is not credited and there is no response to my mails. I had live chats with the customer service team but everytime i get the same answer that the team is working on the issue.

                      I bought a jeans 6 months ago... I put it as i bought like new, i just wear it only 2, 3 times in 6 month, in 2nd washing it's leaving his colour in a bad way. I just frustrated to see, my blue jeans gone white. I had complained in showroom in lucknow, but they said more that 3 months, the product will not exchange, i agree but that's not a good thing that a jeans i bought and in 2nd or 3rd wash it's leaving the colour. Worst shopping ever.
                      I also bought a blue shoes, a blue t shirt and a black jeans.. They also leaving their colour. If this type of clothes are there.. I never want to shop in max store... Nd also never suggest my friends to shop with max.

                        Hi, i have returnd my products and has been processed but amount not reflected in my credit wallet. My order no: [protected], [protected], [protected].
                        Daily am raising this issue to customer care and sent lot of mail regarding this my no use. They r telling tat amount reflected in my credit but still my wallet is empty. I have sent lot of screenshot to them but dont know wat their technical persons doing there. After my mail they give one rply mail for formality but nothing has been processed. Max clothings and quality are good but very worst in customer service. Max, why u r cheating customer like this? I[censored] cant able to move to credits please transfer as voucher i will purchase other products from your site. But please dont do like this. Very disoppinted.                           It's already been 2 months. I raised a request for cancelling the order. I ordered 5 items. Out of which, i got refund for 4 items only after so many days. Still there is one product left to refund from your end. Neither it's status is showing as cancelled nor i have got any refund for the same. Why can't you go through the whole email chain? Why do i have to make you understand the same thing every now and then? Every time i heard a same question (Please attach return slip, i have already attached it 3 items) and same answer (Give us 2 business days, give us 24-48 hrs to resolve the query, your concern is on priority, will get back to you in 2 hrs etc. Etc.) from you. It's a lifestyle. This is how you give train your customer service executives. They are sitting to resolve customer query, not to increase it. I think you don't bother about your brand name. I am just getting irritated now. I don't understand if i am having return slips, then why don't you make me free from this. Why are you keeping me engage on the same. I have other work also. This is not my job. It's your job. What is my fault in this. Synchronize your team and return my money back. Why do i need to call you every day.

                          Anyways, find the attachments (One for return slip of one item and 2nd one is for your reference and 3rd one is email exchange between us) and go through the mail chain. I am not sitting here to resolve your query. Do your job properly.

                          I am talking about the one which i have highlighted in red oval in screenshot. Check and let me know soon. You are just wasting my time.

                            I bought one tshirt (Allen solly) from one of your outlet at dlf noida. It cost me rs 1599. Upon first wash the color of that tshirt have been faded away. Could you please look into the matter at priority.

                            I dont expect such quality from a global store.
                            The tshirt having strips and one which is having dark color has been faded away. This is the first time i m facing such brand store....

                            I have ordered 3 kurtas on 5th may'18 and the order number is [protected]. 2 kurtas from max and one from lifestyle. Life style order has been dispatched to me, but max order has not been delivered saying that incomplete address. Even after raising multiple complaints also, order has not been dispatched to me. That's why i have raised return to origin request on 15th of may'18.
                            But you people has considered that as return request and have raised request for which i have not received. I can see that by 17th may'18 order has been returned to origin. When ever i have called to customer care to check my order status, every time i got only one answer "please wait for 24 to 48 hrs."

                              I had done shopping on last sunday at moments mall, kirti nagar at max showroom, i purchased many articles, with one sweater with the brand name of aditya birla group... Today i opened it to wear it... I found it had a small cut on it in inner side... Pls either return it or refund for it... I m doing shopping on max from past many years, never i found such issue... But this time i m feeling cheated... Pls resolve it asap.

                                I purchased trouser and shirts from your company 11 th july. I am using trouser. But after 3 month color was faited and my trouser looks very bad. When i go your agra showroom then they take my trouser for 3 days and said i will confirm you on wednesday {8/11/17} and when i go back your showroom 9/11/17 they they again said we will inform you evening. Today i got a call from them and they said your timing is over and we can not change your trouser. I want to know i just purchased in july and it's only passed 4 month and your clothes had fated. Its very low quality you are selling and what about my money i paid 1329 rs. Its not small buks.. Now i just clear say that i want to change my trouser.. If you will not i will take further action. I will use social sites and media and tell about your brand and what your quality.

                                  From max fashion (Phoenix marekt city kurla west, mumbai) on 30.10.17, i purchase 1 jeans. When i wear that jeans 1st time it start earching, quality of fabric is so poor that all hairs on legs are sticking to jeans and its too much irritating, i cant wear that jeans more than 4 hours. When i saw the inner side of jeans there are balloons inside it because of which hais are sticking to jeans.
                                  Its simply cheap quality fabric they used for it. Plz look into this matter urgently.

[protected] from "http://www.maxfashion.in/" was delivered on 3rd july and the courier person collected complete order amount of rs. 1097 as cash from me for three items but when i opened the packet there were only two items worth rs. 898 and third item was missing. I reported this issue on the same day to max customer care via mobile and email both. Since then i am continuously doing follow up and every time they just reply that we have escalated your issue to concern department and wait for 24-48 hrs. And it's been 10 days now, they have not refunded my money back and also stopped responding me.
                                      Please look into the issue as they just kept my money and not returning it back even after so many calls and emails.
                                      I have also sent them the invoice copy attached in the packet where it's mentioned in small letters that invoice value : 898 and in bold it's mentioned please collect rs. 1097.

                                      A wrong order was given by maxfashion on 1st April and I returned it on April 5th...but I did not get any refund till now..its more than a month ...I have called and complained many times..none of the employees are working on it...I need a refund immediately..
