I am a policy holder of max life stepping stones - gtms vide policy no.[protected], issue date 08.12.2004. Last december 2015 the said policy had been matured. At the time for claim of maturity amount they told me to submit the policy copy. But unfortunately i don't have any policy copy.

All premium has been deposited.

Dear sir i have paid my premium of policy number[protected] online through my canara bank net banking account number[protected] on 22/12/2015 time 1711 hrs transaction id TECHPROC[protected] amount 15000 rupees. AMOUNT HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OR ANY RECEIPT COULD NOT BE GENERATED. for this i have informed the bank and max life insurance too about this and they assured me to solve this within 72 hours....

I have been chased by their employee to buy a policy from them through axis bank. What these guys do is they choose premium banking customers by having a tie-up with the banks and will appoint a employee in the bank itself. That employee will pick the customers of the bank who has good bank balance and good transactions in the bank and will chase them. I was fallen prey in that way. They will come to my office, home and everytime i visit...

I had taken a Whole life Insurance policy from Max Newyork Life Insurance Company and paid the premium for 3 years and I had informed to Agent that I want to cancel the policy due to benefits were not good as compared to other insurances, hence I told the agent to reimburse the same amount, but till date we didn't received a single penny also. Kindly look in to the matter....

I hold a policy with MNYL since June 2008 with the policy number[protected]. In Jan'2010, I requested my ECS to be changed from a bank account in Bangalore to the same bank account in Hyderabad. The service request was acknowledged, and I was told that the ECS will start reflecting from the next premium due date from the changed account. This hasn't happened yet. Max New York Life puts out ads claiming Karo Zyaada Ka Iraada and all that.
The only Zyaada I generally experience is their reminders for premium payment.

But for the last one week,I want to pay online and the maxnewyorklife.com website is not functioning.
Such a vital customer access tool and the company does not seem to be bothering to set it right.
One wonders how they will manage our hard-earned funds....

I bought a Child Endowment Policy from Max new york life in March 2006. My Policy no. is[protected]. When I was sold this policy, I was clearly told by the agent that I need to pay the premium on a reducing basis. For the first 3 yrs I need to pay 24, 959 and from 4th year it will decrease, with the 4th year premium being 20450.
