We have done health license renewal payment on behalf of mr. Uday hedge and the firm name is siddhivinayak milk supplier the license no of the firm is[protected]. We have done the payment for the health license renewal. But due to the problem of mcgm server the amount got debited from bank and it not got successful.

We are sending below the full details with bank transaction details. So...

Illegal / unauthorized constructions and encroachment has increased in our area (Pipeline road, new hall road, kurla west (L ward), mumbai 400070) leading to dumping of debris and garbage at many places on both sides of road. This has made entire area so dirty, leading to health problem and making emergency service difficult to access this area. Several online complaints has been made during last 6 months through swachhata app, mcgm app and mcgm website, but no action has been taken yet.
Upon complaining on swachhata app we get response as "complain resolved" but it is never attended.

Requesting to take necessary action asap.

I am a resident of charkop sector no5 plot no 540kandivali west mumbai 6. Dogs menace is increasing every night. They run after kids, motorbikes and their barking has made sleep difficult. They # everywhere in society. Please look into the matter and i would request for a dog van as soon as possible. Catching hold of them at night time would may be a great idea

Dear sir/madam, i have done my mcgm water bill payment from the mcgm website. My connection number is [protected]@0506804 and an amount of rs 13126 was debited from my rbl credit card on 24/08/2019 by internet banking payment for the water bill of rs 12958. The water bill amount still shows outstanding balance as the same and neither has the amount 12958 reverted back to my account. A message of payment error flashed after i did the online payment and the amount was deducted from my account too. Kindly refund the amount or clear my outstanding balance. Hope for a positive response

Its in regards to the on-going illegal work of erection of m. S. Ladder at the surya bunglow, cs no. 367, subhash lane, malad east, mumbai 400 097, mahrashtra state. The work of which is still under progress. Even though, after follow up with the ward authorities the said work is still in progress and is beyond approved sanctioned plan, the officers of the said p/n ward have not demolished neither have issued stop work notice nor initiated any action against the said work in progress neither have they visited the said premises even after regular follow up. Seeing no action taken by the said competent authority it seems the officers are awaiting for the work to be completed which would then enable them to take action under mrtp act which is indeed an lengthy process. The said ongoing work in progress is the area which is to be handed over to the mcgm as it is an sanctioned rl of 9.00 mtrs.

Requesting you to kindly look into the said above matter personally and direct the concerned authorities to initiate necessary actions against the said work in progress

There are many unused cars lying on all over mumbai more than 3 years

In our area illegal constraction work is going on at Pnorth bmc ward.But the MCGM officer are not takeing any action.One of the officer of Pnorth ward whose name is Tulsii Ram Wagolle he comeing on the spot where the illegal work is going on removeing the photo of illegal work of Surender Yadav and Kailesh Shuklaa G+1 illegal but not takeing any action.And work is going on day night and some of the illegal works has completted also.And one of the officer was aressted by CBI of takeing money officer name was Jitender Khandaglle on 15th March 2018 then also the present officer are of Pnorth ward are not takeing any action.
So please our hournable officer og MCGM take action as early as possible.

On 08/08/2017, around 12:30 pm i was in lower parel i threw the ciggerette puf on road, which was wrong. One of the officer of mcgm (Mr. Akash s. Potekar with other two officers) asked me to pay rs. 300 instead of rs. 200 which is the penalty amount. I gave him rs. 500 note and they returned me rs. 200. They move on immediately. I gone to to them after i saw challan and asked him to return rs. 100 he said he have already returned rs. 300 and told me to lodge a complaint with mcgm. I have attached a image of my challan and id of that officer.
Please take a action not only against the officer but also against such type of activities.

I parked today(30 November 2016) at the MCGM Pay and Park in front of Jehangir Art Gallery at 10.30am. The parking guy started insisting that I pay Rs.100 upfront. I said I wouldn't take more than 6-7 hours, rate for which is Rs.60 and insisted on him giving me the ticket with in-time. When I came back at 5.30pm and handed him Rs.60, he started insisting again on Rs.100, saying that everybody pays that and that they couldn't go by the legal rates, which are clearly displayed on the board there. He even assumed a threatening tone, saying, Aaj jaane deta hu!
I left paying only the legal rate but I wish to bring to the attention of MCGM the illegality and corruption with which these parking lots are run. The bullying and holding customers to ransom must stop.

We are society and our building is back side the banagllow where in a week they twice Bront Garbages and from bront garbages fogs are coming to our flats.and our building members can not tollarate the same. We reqvest them twice but they are not stop.

Kindly instructs to them that please stop to bront Garbage.

Subject: Water Leakage leading to Short Circuit and Non Cooperation from the Concerned Resident

There is extensive water leakage on the sealing of my House and as per advise from the best of plumbers, we will have to apply cement in the Toilet of the Resident (Flat 533) who stays above my house. Hence, i approached Mr. (Flat 533) but to my surprise, he is not cooperating. I even told him that he would not have to bear any expenses, but he is adamant about this.

Hence, I would request you to please intervene so that i can get the work done.

We the people living in Kannamwar Nagar, Vikhroli request you to kindly look into to the matter as it is very much hazardous to health. the located area is highly populated residential area in the Mumbai suburban. a very bad smell occurs in this area during day as well as night. it is particularly higher in early mornings & in evenings. this may be due to newly created dumping ground at Kanjur marg. you can understand how an air is important to livings. Nowadays this smell has become nuisance to us. We request you to help us either to shift dumping ground or please tell MCGM to provide control measure to stop this smell irritation.

ON A LARGE SCALE TANKER WATER BLACK MARKETING IS CARRIED OUT IN MUNICIPAL M/EAST WARD UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF SUB ENGG NITIN SHYAM CHAUDARY AND HIS JR ENGG SACHIN THORAT , ON INVESTIGATION IT IS FOUND THAT THEY TAKE PER TANKER 400 FROM THE AGENTS WHO ARE SENT BY THE LOCAL POLITICIANS FOR HELPING THE POOR PEOPLES AND PROVIDE TANKER WATER EASILY BUT INSTEAD OF THIS THE AGENTS IN THE NAME OF LOCAL COUNCILLOR'S TAKE AWAY THE TANKER WATER AND SELLS THE WATER ON HIGH PRICES AND WHEN QUESTION AGAINST THIS WAS MADE THAT WHY THEY ARE BLACK MARKETING THE WATER WHICH IS GIVEN BY BMC FOR POOR AND NEEDY PERSON , THEY JUST LAUGHED AND TOLD THAT BMC IS NOT GIVING US FREE WATER ,WE HAVE TO PAY ATLEAST 500-600 FOR SANCTIONING A TANKER OF WATER AND THE FULL AMMOUNT IS HANDED IN THE HANDS OF SACHIN THORAT JR ENGG M/EAST AND FROM HIM IT GOES TO SUB ENGG CHAUDARY , IT'S SHAME ON PART OF BRIHANMUMBAI MAHANAGARPALIKA THAT WATER FOR DRINKING IS ALSO SELLED BY ITS OWN OFFICERS BY MALPRACTICES , WHICH ALSO HUTS THE DIGNITY AND MALAIGN THE IMAGE OF BMC IN EYES OF COMMON MAN

OBJECTION FOR 6 MT OPEN SPACE FOR SMALLER PLOTS


I will like to get to your notice the hardships that is faced by plots having smaller area.



A) Plot reduction due to widening of road either in D.P Plan or T.P Plan or Traffic Plan.( Either of one shows road set back. That means there is no escape for same)

B) Minimum Staircase Area along with landing space.

C) Compulsory Parking space.

D) Most of the plots have shops below. Where to rehabilate them.

E) Minimum open space of 1.5 mt. now proposed 6 mt

F) Then there has to be provision for lift , electrical duct, meter room etc.



The people staying in these old Cesssed buildings are majority old and poor who have ben staying in the same locality for the same amount of years as is the age of the buildings. These people who I have met wish to die in the familiar condition with better lifestyle in a new building which may come up on the same plot which can be developed if Condonation is given on so many hardships that exsist on the plot which they are currently living on. They have been harassed by their landlord by not doing anything in the current building where they are staying in plus at the moment these people are occupying area which are mere 60 to 120 sq.ft of area.



ONE QUESTION THAT THESE PEOPLE WHOULD LIKE TO ASK:-



DON’T THEY DESERVE TO STAY IN THE SAME LOCALITY WITH BETTER FACILITY IN A NEW BUILDINGS, WHEN BENEFIT CAN BE PASSED TO SLUM DEWELLERS WHO ARE IMMIGRANTS ILLEGALLY OCCUPYNG GOVT OR PRIVATE SPACE THEY GET THE BENEFIT FORM THE PLANING ATHORITY WHY CANT THESE PEOPLE WHO ARE LOYAL TO THE HERITAGE OF THE AREA CANT BE GIVEN CONSESSION.



IS MCGM WILING TO TAKE REPONSIBILTY FOR THE PEOPLE WHO MAY DIE IN EVENT OF COLLAPSE OF THE BUILDING DUE TO STRINGENT NORM IMPOSED ON THESE PEOPLE JUST BECAUSE THEY LIVING IN PLOT WHICH IS SMALL I SIZE ACORDING TO PLANING ATHORITY .


SUGGESTION

IF PLANING ATHORITY FEELS THERE IS SOLUTION LIKE AMALGAMATION OF PLOT. THEN THEY SHOULD ALSO AMMEND THE RULE WHERE LANDLORD SHOULD NOT HAVE ANY SAY FOR THE SAME, AS THESE GREEDY LANDLORDS WIL NEVER AGREE TO RE-DEVELOP THEIR PLOTS UNTIL AND UNLESS THEY DON’T GET THE RANSOM AMOUNT THAT THEY DEMAND.



IN CASE OF AMLGAMATION RULE SHOULD BE SUCH THAT ONLY TENENTS CONSENT IS ENOUGH FOR AMALGAMATION OF PLOTS AND LANDLORDS SHOULD BE COMPENSATED AT ¼ RATE OF REDAY REKONER RATE OF THE AREA WHICH SHOULD BE DEPOSITED BY THE BUILDER TO MCGM WHO IN TURN WILL RE-EMBURSE THE SAME TO LAND LORD IF HE/SHE AGREES OR MCGM CAN RETAIN THE SAME IF THEY REFUSE.



PLEASE I REQUEST TO KINDLY PAY ATTENTION TO THESE DETAIL BEFORE TAKING ANY JUGMENTS AS PEOPLE WHO ARE STAYING IN SMALLER PLOTS ARE ALSO HUMAN.

I Mr. Dingankar Owner of flat 204 on 2nd floor in a Co-op H.S.G Society in Mumbai had complain for the unauthorized box grill with weather/rain(Tin patra) shade made to the enclosed balcony by the Owner of flat 104 on the 1st floor below my flat. This is the weather/rain(Tin patra) shade made outside the bed room of 104 and it’s so big (it is above 3 feet in breadth/width) and which is also much more bigger in size than the actual weather shade’s/chhajja’s to other windows, due to which I myself & my family are facing too much problems like:
01. All the upper floor flats rubbish garbage etc accumulate on this shade
02. Water thrown from upper flats gives reverse splashes of dirty water which spoils our washed cloths resulting in too much problem for me & my family.
03. More over there is also an obstruction of view.
I had given complaint to the MCGM Asst Eng (Bldg & Factory) 'F' South ward on 30th Dec 2010, on my complaint they visited in our society & issued a letter dated 08/01/2011(FS/32423/BF) to the concerned party asking him to remove the same immediately failing which action deemed fit under MMC Act 1888 or MRTP Act 1966 will be taken.
After more than 2 months again after my repeated written complaint dated 11th Feb 2011 to Asst Engineer(Bldg & Fact), AMC & DMC Z II and on my complaint, I got reply from Asst Engineer (Bldg & Fact) dated 11/03/2011 (FS/039458/BF) stating that by the direction of DMC Z – II this is to inform that there is no logic in my complaint for removal of box grill & that my complaint can not be establish & no action is warranted & complaint is treated as close.

Sir, I want to know, if at all my complaint is illogical and incorrect then why the letter dated 08/01/2011 FS/32423/BF was issued from F/South Ward on my written complaint dated 30th Dec 2010 asking the concerned party to remove the same failing which action deemed fit under MMC Act 1888 or MRTP Act 1966 will be initiated.

At almost every MCGM pay and park facility, the attendants charge the vehicle owners random rates and provide them with duplicate, false and unauthorized receipts. in most cases the owners do not care or are unaware. If not nipped in the bud at this stage, the issue may lead to farther complications. Also, if questioned, they warn about the car parts getting stolen at our own expense.
As a very caring and devoted citizen, I urge you to look into the matter ASAP.

In the records of birth of my daughter born on[protected], the name of father is mentioned in short "Mohd" instead of "Mohammed." I came to know this from preview. I applied for correction in name with required proofs. MCGM, Borivali(W) R/C ward insisted me to pay and get a copy printed with wrong name and attach the same with the application for correction. Why should I pay and get a wrong copy?

Even after using RTI, the reply I got was that it was a rule to attach the wrong copy to confirm that the records are wrong. Even in RTI appeal the asst commissioner agreed that they have edit logs by which they can know what changes were made and when - thus there was absolutely no need for a wrong copy. But, the reply was same - you have to pay and get a wrong copy to attach with the application for correction.

They did not give me the names or references of the rules or laws by which they require the wrong copy.

It is not a matter of paying a petty amount, but they keep on making new rules by themselves - like copy of identity proof to be attached to the application just to safeguard themselves from Birth Certificate handed over to a wrong person in spite of having CC TV. They don't feel the least pinch to put citizens in difficulty in the name of self-made rules & laws.

It's been over a month since three housing societies viz.Borivali Vimal Housing Society Ltd., Sonmarg Housing Society Ltd., & Atlanta Housing Society Ltd. in our vicinity has been troubled with contamination in our drinking water supply. We have officially communicated with the MCGM, who has been kind enough in sending us water tankers everyday. But the tankers don't always come on time and are manned by rude worker's haggling the residents for chai-pani everyday. I urge the authorities to look into the the matter urgently as it's been a very long time we have co operated with the MCGM and ensure that proper water supply is restored or a new connection is provided to us at the earliest.

We are doing service in Godrej Coliseum Bldg., Behind Evrard Nagar, Lokmanya Pan Bazaar Road, Sion East, Mumbai. From 17.03.10 the contractor of MCGM charging parking charges which is Rs. 15/- for 8 hours & Rs.20/- more than 12 hours. As per MCGM rules Rs.5/- per day parking charges. but they are charging much higher. Before 17.03.10 there were no parking charges because its not busy area.

Please do the needful asap.

I stay at Kandicali-W
I have paid Rs. 13000 as my property TAX on mcgm through internet.
The amount is debited from my bank account, but it is not reflecting in MCGM's system.
I went to Palika Ward, but they are useless. I went bank also, they also trying to contact with IT
department of MCGM. They are not responding to mine and bank's complaint.

I have not been receiving water in my house at Adrian Villa, Lourders Colony Orlem Malad P/N-Ward
We have a storage tank down. The water from the storage tank is pumped to the overhead tank in alternate turns by my mother & me.
On several occasions, I have brought a private plumber to inspect & clean the tanks which my mother has always refused.
I would therefore like you to look into the matter and take necessary action at the earliest.

the lokhandwala garden in lokhandwala complex andheri (garden no 2) opposite celebration club, is activating loud speakers in the early hours of 06.00 am and evening from 05.00 pm disturbing the morning and evening walkers and the nearby students and senior residents who are disturbed by the noise. it amounts to noise pollution and it should be stopped.
secondly, the open space in this garden is being illegally let out for functions which also use loud speakers and creating the same problems as above. apart from that, it is also allowing us of spot lights which remain on in the late hours after 10.00 pm disturbing the sleep patterns of the residents in the vicinity. thirdly, the caterers throw the filth in the adjoining creek, leading to congestion, mosquitos breeding and a foul stench.
