I have bought a metro shoes from Varanasi metro store in which sole of shoes has broken...

I am a regular customer of yours .but unfortunately the purse which i purchased from your outlet at pathankot novelty mall .to my dissatisfaction it got disordered on the every first use.
It also got stained black. I don't know how. previously also i have complaint many times and my request has always been considered .but this time it has been months that my complaint has not been considered at all. Hope you will me rectify the same...

Few days back, Metro(near Yeshwantpur) offered a Acer Laptop @ good price, but they never mentioned it is display piece which has been used for nearly 6 months! Even though it was packed, the charger and cable were missing! When the Laptop was returned, they took 3 days to refund the amount! It was very bad that such a big shop tries to cheat consumers by holding information about "Display piece"!!!
