Shifting connection
I have been chasing microscan team from 2nd oct 22, in order to get my connection shifted to my new location. I have a series of emails where they have just written that my issue has been escalated, but it's been 6-7 days now and my connection is still not shifted. This is so frustrating, their service is really bad.

Not proper Service given by Company
My Broadband Plan is of 40Mbps with unlimited Data for 90 Days.
After my consumption of 300-350 Gb of data, I needed to call customer care after every 3-5 Days and give a complain regarding Low speed of internet but every time the told that and i quote" Sir We have reset your MAC ID so please restart router and your problem will be solved".
Also Company Technician head or leader told me that there is no use of Resetting MAC ID.
I also Told Customer Care executive to transfer call to there senior but they didn't transfer and told that i will receive call but didn't receive any.
So I want my paid amount back from Microscan and Compensation of Rs 75, 000/- for frustration caused by them and for problems that i faced during my office work.

Refund for Money Paid

By mistake, I had paid Rs 550 three times towards my A/c as it never showed transaction went through. The loading screen didn't go through fully. So i did the transaction again only to receive a message saying that the entire amount went through 3 times.
So, i wrote them an email to which i never got a response. I also called them up to which they told me to send an email to their billing dept.
After sending 3 emails, they have still not refunded my amount. It has also been over 1 month since I sent the emails. As per section 72 of Indian Contract Act, money paid by mistake must be returned.
Microscan, being a large company should have immediately cleared this payment.
So, i wrote them an email to which i never got a response. I also called them up to which they told me to send an email to their billing dept.
After sending 3 emails, they have still not refunded my amount. It has also been over 1 month since I sent the emails. As per section 72 of Indian Contract Act, money paid by mistake must be returned.
Microscan, being a large company should have immediately cleared this payment.

no refund for the wifi service

The wifi application to microscan services was given on 20th of march and also advance payment was done. But due to lockdown they didnt provide service and told us they will refund the amount. But now its been 3 months now there is no refund nor they are answering the phone calls

internet service not responding to customer issue

As i have load 10-15 internet not complaint in last 2 months and
Today was a critical day at my office as i had a project release and have been working from home since march this year due to covid-19 and solely rely on your internet service. Since, i was not able to login because of your internet outage, i faced huge backlash and reputational loss at my office. These incidents could also lead to job loss during this tough time and have been happening repeatedly. The customer support is non effective, have raised complain but no response.
I renewed my plan for a year effective in march but i am totally dissatisfied with the service. I can't face such reputational loss time and again and request you to refund my amount deducting the current usage till date, so that i can plan to switch to another internet service provider in my area.
Please let me know your response as soon as possible.
