3 months ago i ordered hoodies costs 250 rs still i didn't got any messages from that fraud company...

I bought a product from their website on 14th may, 2020 and made online payment via paytm. The order id was 1077 and i received a message conforming the order. However, neither have i received any communication from the merchant nor my order has arrived till now. The merchant website, mm-bulks. Myshopify.com has disappeared. There is no way i can contact the merchant anymore. I found the instagram account of the website and pinged the merchant...

Mm bulk instagram account provide hoodies with cheap rate. I ordered a hoodie and they withdraw money from my account. But they didn't provide any other information. A person is running that account and there's no email or phone number to contact them. Please give my money back....

I have ordered twice from mm bulk but neither received the delivery of the order nor refund back of the amount paid... I really expect this consumer care help line to atleast help me in getting back my money. Therefore i request your good selves to help me get back my money... I have made two payments of rs. 250 each in march and april month... Kindly help me in getting back my money as soon as possible. Your quick response is highly appreciated....
