With due respect that we are the residents of has installed some mobile tower 636/2, paschim puri pocket 2 on their roof top. The said building not only is situated in a densely populated residential area, but also there is a school just nearly the said building. I suppose according to the mcd guidlines no tower can be erected in residential areas. Also as we all know that it causes very harmful effects on humans living nearby and on the guidelines of hon’ble delhi high court towers are not allowed at residential areas, it creates many diseases like cancer, and also affected the infant old people and specially for pregnant women. It’s radiation is very harmful for all. So please sir will take appropriate action and remove it as early as possible.

This tower is contracted by the airtel company which is just behind my house whose wires are going over my house which brings earthing to my house and i have informed the corporation and the power administration about any action or help is not being requested. All this information is also available to the land owner of the tower. Please please remove this tower or its power line which is going from the top of my house. There is mobile tower erected in pimple gurav near rajmata hijab garden and near sai heritage society. This will affect the health of the people residing in near by area, we have also made complaint on sarathi helpline numbers also. So our request is to take immediate action to relocate this tower. Tower is installing in our place. Address:- adarsh nagar 24 feet road gali no -12 near a. D. V primary school ballabgarh district faridabad pin:-121004.
Me (Mohan kumar) and my surrounding people living there they only want to please kindly shift this tower from this residential and primary school. This is touch with a. D. V primary school. Many chidrens and old people already have health problems, if this tower will setup in this location, this will more effect on these peoples. This electromagnetic rays are very harmful for small chidrens. These are not follow installation rules of tower. If this tower will success to setup there then in future various diseases like cancer, brain hammering etc. Will comes into existence. I already given a written complaint in ballabgarh mcb. But i have no help from there.
We people already request to you again.

We would like to lodge complaint on behalf of residents of village deeg, tehsil - ballabgarh, dist-faridabad, pin 121004 and thereby putting the life of residents in vicinity in hazardous situation.

Our complaint is specific that, one vikram singh s/o shiv singh, resident of our village, – had licensed his premises to mobile company for installation of mobile tower in midst of residential area of deeg village.
As you know that, it is general rule that, the mobile tower has to be installation 100 meters away from the residential area as the radiation emitting from the said mobile tower causes various effects on human body and worked as slow poison upon the human body. Therefore, various building societies are refusing to install the said mobile tower on their building. Hence, the said mobile company choosing residential areas as they know that, few people are very greedy about the money and ignorant of their effect & also there is poor people (Sc community) near by 20- 50 mtrs from the location of the installing the tower.

For his personal benefit he create a political pressure & perusing the mobile company install the tower after stooping the villager.
Therefore we request you to kindly look in to the matter personally and see that the above tower is removed immediately from the middle of our village in order to prevent further damage to the health of innocent people of the area.

Dear sir we want to inform you that one mobile tower installed in our residential locality. We do not understand that who gave them permission to install the tower in residential area. Everybody knows that because of the towers many deices (Brain tumor, cancer) happened. Many small children are leaving around the house where the tower installing so we are requesting you please stop the installing work of that tower. Due to radiations from mobile tower installed in residential area we are facing heart issues in our neighbourhood.

I am a resident of k-1/40 Budh vihar phase 1, New delhi Pincode 110086 and the tower installed is in front of my house so please remove it as soon as possible.

As the required limit to place a tower is 50 metres from residential area and this mobile tower is placed in the midst of our area.

Please find attached list of our all neighbours who also wanted and signed to remove this tower from this area.

Requesting you to please look into this and remove this mobile tower ASAP. As this is a serious issue.

We would like to lodge complaint on behalf of residents of nehru street, denkanikottai and thereby putting the life of residents in vicinity in hazardous situation.

Our complaint is specific that, one mr. Mani, resident of no.42 nehru street denkanikottai – had licensed his premises to mobile company for installation of mobile tower in midst of residential area of nehru street denkanikottai.

When residents of nehru street denkanikottai, came to know about this fact, they immediately objected the said installation and also requested to the said mr. Mani a for termination of leave and license agreement and stoppage of installation of mobile tower and also informed him about the hazardous effect of radiation, which eminates from the said mobile tower upon the human body and also shown him report of deccan chronicle & various reports.

In spite of this, the said mr. Mani, flatly refused to pay any heed to the said fact and evasively replied to residents of no.42 nehru street denkanikotta that ”do whatever you want, i will never terminate the said license

I K. Kumaraswamy from Chennai have a complaint regarding the big fraud going on in the market regarding mobile tower installation. I am describing the entire story below:
Being a middle class man and being a man who has wish to enhance income, I went through an add in Newspaper that Idea Mobile tower needs plot/land for mobile towers of good companies like Idea Tower. As I also have a plot I thought of applying for this business. So I did it. I called on [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] number of Asia Tower company that I am interested in their project. So they asked me to send my email id and Address to know the entire process and I did it. After around 24 hrs Suresh Gautam called me back from No. [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] saying my plot is suited for their requirements and I had to register with them with this 12, 500 amount for multimedia mobile tower. I registered myself doing so.

Then they asked for these documents Id Proof, Address Proof and property paper Etc to complete the process I kept on doing the same, then they kept on asking for payments telling me about various norms and taxes, they took almost 3, 15, 000/- rupees from me in this entire process in there saving bank account and mostly bank account belong to delhi city and there contact number also.
And when I asked them for accomplishment they stopped picking my calls on [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] number and when they used to pick my call they used to use abusive words and used to threaten me saying that you do not know our power we are into this business from long time back and everyone supports us whether its police or anyone else. They tortured me mentally saying such things and I got scared. After that I went to Chennai city police station to complaint against fraud idea tower company, they fired a FIR against company under act, Section 420, 120 ACT, and you know these acts are serious criminal fraud act.

Though police and CBI is still searching these people but what about the adds that are still going on in the leading newspaper.
As per police verification all the companies with these different name are handle by the same single company and which is not registered any where, which you can check online.
Already police has freezed few of there accounts still they have few accounts they are working even after complaint. So I request to innocent peoples please don’t deposit such amount in these frauds account.
I request you to take strict action against such fraud people so that they may not rule on a common person like this and you take a step forward to vanish all such mishappenings that are going on.

They are still doing fraud from these mobile numbers and they are using misusing the forged documents to purchase these numbers, Delhi police told this to Chennai City police station.

Mobile tower is installed of GTL infrastructure ltd. It is emitting hazardous EM radiations which is causing irritation, inflammation and itching on the skin. I would request you to kindly remove the tower as early as possible as it is the question of life and death of many people in my area. Kindly do Something.
This is to bring your attention thatthis mobile tower has been installed in a congested residential area and most of the people are not aware of the health hazards associated with it. However, people started feeling irritation, inflammation and itching on the skin.
Generator produces a lot of sound pollution and vibration on earth and in atmosphere( air ). We have feel a severe heavy sound attack in my heart and in my mind and echo sound from the reflection of gali (lane) and from the reflection of my room walls.
The tower location is very near to us, There are many senior citizen, pregnant women in area. This would defiantly cause a dangerous effective
to all of them. We really do not required this mobile tower near to us.

Our complaint is specific that, at 38/5/2, aram park, shastri nagar, delhi-110031, –one mobile tower installation work is undergoing without seeking permission from the residents of the locality. it will create health hazards and many unknown diseases to the residents of the flat and neighbourhood due to radiation and emf health effect causing variety of potential health problems like: headaches, memory loss, cardiovascular stress, low sperm count, birth defects, cancer etc. also in absence of electricity a heavy noise and shivering of roof due to heavy generator will create too much problem. also i would like to bring to your notice that, the owner of the flat on which it is installing neither taken permission (noc) from other flat residents in the same building nor from the neighbourer residing nearby that building. here lives so little children in our area because it’s a residential area not a commercial area. and also the strret in which the tower is going to be installed is only 3meter wide but as per rules stated by mcdit should not be less than 9 meter for installation of mobile tower.


So, may i request to issue stay order on installation and remove the said tower immediately as per guidelines 2013 of honourable supreme court of india.

There are 4 mobile towers in our area. There is proper colony beside those towers and many houses near by. These are situated on the top of a Market complex. This is to bring to your notice that it has been more than three months since the mobile tower has been placed between the two societies in sector -4, dwarka(i.e. between DPS Apartments and Aishwarayam Apartments). In the same vicinity there are three schools. We fail to understand as to whom and why has the permission granted for this tower to be placed in this locality which causes serious radiations and cause cancer disease. Often Cops have been noticed giggling around with the staff and are least interested in taking any actions. When the residents of both the societies talked to the staff members present there, the made us talked to the so called manager of the company. He told us that he has taken the permission from the local authorities(Delhi Police, MCD and DDA). He also mentioned that he has paid rental to all these authorities.

It is a humble request to kindly remove this tower before any causalities take place.

like to bring for your kind notice on an unauthorised CELL TOWER FIXED AT C-12/179, is being erected in residential area in Block C-12, as it’s radiation is very much harmful for all the residents of the local people especially children and women the GHMC would have not permitted. The either the owner of the cell tower building Mr. Pawan Aggarwal or Airtel people are not even bothered to consult or to take no objection from local people. Some people of the locality is suffering for their health.
Hence we request to take appropriate action and stop the erection of the said CELL TOWER, and oblige.

hi sir i saw an ad in a news paper of a company which is installing mobile tower requires land contacted them they told me to deposit 5400 rs as survey charges then got a letter from them as agreement they told me to deposit 45000rs as first 29000 this way they received total 149000 rs from me then they are not receiving the phone calls how can i get back my money

The mobile tower has come in residential area ( Maya store, Ichapore Majher Para. Post Ichapore Nawabganj Dist North 24 pgs, West Bengal 743144 Near Bibhukinkar High School )and we want to remove this tower which is seriously hazardous for residents of the area.
