I ordered iPhone 6s battery but they send 6 battery & damaged the online services very bad sending wrong products no return replacement services.i think it was frad company...

I just ordered a redmi note 6 pro battery from mobile monk order is is #62677 . After using 5 to 6 days I am facing serious problems like suddenly switch off or sudden battery jumps after complaining for a week there are no response from mobilemonk customer service ..
I just filled soo many times return requests and replacement requests but they don't response any of my request and they blocked me from their website .

On dated 29th July 2023 received my order number 62556 for mobile battery, Original Redmi Note 4 Battery BN43.

With disappointing I am informing that the position of battery pin is not at appropriate place therefore the battery pin is not inserting at mobile jack. Due to this reason the ordered battery is not full filling my purpose. Sent reminder and also registered my complaint through company’s whatsapp number but I didn’t...

I have placed an order 61947 for iPhone 6s battery on 19 jun and on 25 Jun they delivered me iPhone 7s battery. On the same day I placed a request for replacement on site as well through email but there is no reply. Customer care no is IVR always reply ’we will call you’ WhatsApp number is non responsive.
Please help out....

too delay click cancel the product and refund but they still no action . 3rd class site, take action...

I buy a apple battery the size of battery greater so I want to return it but website block me showing unknown error such fake website don't buy anything from this website...

I order battery from this site and they have a replacement or refund within month what they are claiming but i got no response for my money getting back and the product they delivered its defective my phone won't get longer than an hour after charging 100 precent, many times I called there helpline no. No one will pick up and there customer service if way more poorer than someone can think this company should be blacklisted....

I bought BN4A battery for redmi note 7 pro, My order no is 50097-C ( 3 may 2022), junst received the order 10th May, but it is not working, this company is selling duplicate Chinese batteries
Each batteries actual capacity it much lower than original battery, don't waste your money on this website mobilemonk.in...

The battery looks fine but received battery late 2 days than the expected delivery date....

I have order 2 piece battery. Deducted 1299 rs from my bank. Today is 45 days over. Not get a single response. They blocked my number. Cheater company fraud company mobile monk. Full fake site mobilemonk.in. don't buy anything from this cheating people....
