Mobilemonk.in — Complaint against received totally incompatible mobile battery

On dated 29th July 2023 received my order number 62556 for mobile battery, Original Redmi Note 4 Battery BN43.

With disappointing I am informing that the position of battery pin is not at appropriate place therefore the battery pin is not inserting at mobile jack. Due to this reason the ordered battery is not full filling my purpose. Sent reminder and also registered my complaint through company’s whatsapp number but I didn’t get any response from that end too. The company’s customer care number is also not attended by executives; only VRS system is working mechanically.

battery se nikli pin quality damage hai, jo apni jageh me lag hi nahi rahi, 29 july ko battery received hui thi, oske baad se kafi mail, whatsapp & customer care number [protected] par kafi call kar liya, but koi response nai mil raha, payment bhi online le li, 427/-, abi battery mile 11 days ho gaye, battery bhi same condition me packed hai, battery replace / refund ke liye mail bhi sent kiya, but company side se koi solution nai mil raha, please help.

29th july ko battery check karne ke baad se wo packed hai, wo mere kisi kaam ki nahi kyuki battery se nikli pin mobile me lock nai ho rahi, mobile me nahi lag rahi, wapas upar ho ja rahi hai, plz battery pickup karwakar replace ya refund karwa dijiye.
