Dear Sirs,

I was working with Modi Xerox Ltd, Ahmedabad...during 1988-89.. I had accumulated balance of PF .. which I had claimed years back in 1993... however I have not received the same so far. Thereafter I had followed up through phone / letters. Copies of the initial claim and affidavit is attached for your reference.
I was informed that they have lodged the claim.

I have 100 share of modi zerox yet not transfer still i am holding phyical share , company is not listed what to do now , were to submit and where to give the share certificate to re valid of TD and where to contact for this problem . So please suggest me and help me out to solve tjis problem i don't know what to do . MY email id is [protected]@yahoo.co.in. Please help me for the above matter and oblige me.
