Moon Goddess has not delivered my product, its been more than 4 months,

I hv ordered on August 1st 2024, today's date is January 8th 2025.

Ridiculous customer services, they send automated msgs to all emails.

I ordered a ready-to-wear saree on May 2, 2023 and it has now been 4.5 months since the purchase. When I inquire with the company, they inform me that the dispatch has not yet begun. As per Terms & Conditions 70-90 working days to get the product, which has also passed. I am concerned about the delay and wondering why they are handling the situation like this....

I ordered 2 dresses from moongoddess on November, received 1 product on feb 27 nd 1 is not delivered yet till 13 march, they had updated that the product will be dispatched on 27 feb bt i didnt received it yet whenever i ask them they always says dispatch going on, they didnt even shared any tracking details nd now they are not replying to my msgs nor receiving my calls, please help...

I have placed my order on nov14 but unfortunately I am shifting from the current place. There is no option for cancel the item. When I called there is no response from them. In instagram also message were restricted..
Such a worst and Fake boutique they re showcasing and fooling others..

Please don't place order from this website.. better they can do some other job instead of cheating people like this.....
