Hello
I ordered a product from Moon Goddess Couture on May 12, 2022. Order #147778. As per their shipping policy, they will have to deliver the product in 57 - 70 days but till now I haven't received the product & there has been no update after the online payment. And when I wrote a mail to them I got only the auto-typed response & no proper communication from their end. Request you to please consider this complaint. I am ok if they even refund the money as there is no use in waiting for my product to get delivered. They do a lot of advertisements & marketing for their boutique all of those are scams & they don't really respect customers. Very poor customer service & who would wait for more than 70days for the product
