i have put fixed deposit of rs 10000/(each) in april 2002 and another in july/2002 in MOREPEN LABORATORY.receipt no- DL20X38142 dated 23/04/2002 and
DELDX01158N dated 05/08/2002. both matured 12/04/2005 and 02/07/2005.

on maturity they were surrendered for payment.till date neither paid nor replied.all my reminders/discussion over phone -no result.

We took the two FD,s form Morepan Laboratories Ltd. 4th Floor Antariksh Bhawam, 22 KG Marg, New Delhi 1, for Rs 40000/- each on Dated 5/09/2001. As per their committment the company has not given given back our hardened money / interest back. Several personal visits / requests to the company authorities have made no difference & no refund has been given.
Only on installment was given back when the matter was highlighted...
